i dont know anything as fact, no scientists know anything as fact, if you wrote the word fact in a scientific paper.......................... well you wouldn't cause scientists don't write that word, or claim anything as fact.

im just learning to be a scientist and thats the first thing they tell you.....

You cant contradict the universe and be right. We conduct experiments and these experiments determine truth. So his made up stories contradict reality. Its the equivalent of saying the ocean isnt made of salt water, You cant contradict the fact that it is. Science isnt guess work like you want to imply the scientific method involves testing things against known facts. For example element 115 he claimed they were made into disks for an antimatter reactor. Well that impossible its an unstable element meaning its not much use. He claimed his engine produced gravity waves for propulsion. Impossible gravity waves dont move objects at all and his claims about using gravity to accelerate is comical. If we could do this we could easily create a perpetual motion machine.

Now if you want to see whats possible heres a place to start.

yes i think all that is probable, but i also think it is very possible that there is hidden tech, and the things that you are saying is impossible right now, may only be impossible to your understanding of things, but for me too much is hidden and not properly understood to say that anything is impossible, or anything is Fact......... for example they could have any sci fi weapon or gadget you can think of hidden away.... saying they could, is not wrong there, but saying it is impossible or true is wrong, as you dont know.

there's just too much deception in this world!

cheers for the link btw

Im sorry, but thats baloney. There are many fact that we know are true. The speed of light in a vacuum, the mass of a Helium atom, the decay rate of caesium-137 etc...

Problem is we can look at his claims and compare them to reality. And when we do that the claims he makes become impossible. Has nothing to do with imaginary technology you want to invent or Santa Claus for that matter. Your discussing your beliefs with no basis in facts science doesnt work that way i have to observe the universe and it tells me what is possible.

i would prefer to think that we know nothing compared to us being at the pinnacle of our existence, with being able to determine the impossible by things "we" have determined as facts, when facts are being proved to be wrong or inaccurate all the time.

Right now the US has a lot of black projects flying around using impossible methods of physics. If you check out a lot of the aircraft threads where very knowledgeable forum guys keep giving hints to whats up there doing things that we would not believe, you might open your mind a little.

Sure, but just because secret military aircraft do in fact exist does not make every claim from people who say they worked on secret government aircraft a valid claim.

What if I (who has never worked on secret government aircraft) made the claim that I did, and provided details about that claim (which would be fake details)? Would you say that it is likely I actually did work on secret government aircraft based solely of these two factors:

1. I say I did, and
2. Secret projects actually do exist.

See thats the game being played. I get it people want this to be true. And as such will always say well there is something in science we havnt learned yet. Problem with Lazar is we have learned enough to know hes full of #e. I have told you why his story is BS so at this point people here are choosing to be fooled. Once i find out someone has lied to us i tend to discount everything they say.

thats interesting, thanks, and the reason they are focused on trying to understand the atom is because they dont, they show this by saying things like this..... The negatively charged electrons follow a random pattern within defined energy shells around the nucleus. Most properties of atoms are based on the number and arrangement of their electrons. The mass of an electron is 9.1 x 10-31 kilograms........... "random"??????

how do they know it is random....... how can they possibly know that? for all we know nothing is random.

random is just a word that says "we dont know"

and its funny how the more we find out, the less it seems we know!

No your showing your lack of knowledge in physics your statements are just flat out wrong. There is no random pattern and no one makes that claim. In physics its all about probabilities. The electron actually exists everywhere in the electron shell. It doesnt exist as a particle until we force it to.

Okay, but how does that add any specific validity to Lazar's claims?

What you're saying is simply:

"Established science does not understand everything, so any of Lazar's claims could potentially be valid"...

...which, in general, might be a true statement. However, I can say that rainbows are caused by the farts of flying unicorns, and simply because not everything about light, optics, and Earth species is completely understood or known by established science, that means that my claim about unicorn farts might be true.

your right i know little about physics, but i am pretty sure that there are many theories on how an electron operates, and they are all theories.

My personal take. Lazar did see something or at least learned about something the us govt has.

He was purposefully deceitful.

He basically spun a story that had descriptions of real technologies, although he willfully changed the premis behind said technologies. (Ill give examples in a sec)

His game was. Whoa got too much heat on me. Spin a tale and dangle it out there to the public. Allude to real black world technologies to get the govt in check, but dont actually describe them accurately. Just leave that tacit threat hanging out there. The govt knows lazar knows and if they get too aggressive he comes right out and says it. How the vehicle really works. But until then the public is left with a attention soaked tale. Anything happens to him. He wins govt looses. They get too aggressive he wins govt looses. To this day hes allowed to live in peace...selling radiological material online to govt labs. Looks like lazar is smarter than we give him credit for and it looks like he played the govt real nice. They tried every trick in the book but ultimately lost. He played them and won. Or at least hes got them in check.

His claims:
Gravity A, micro gravity of atoms. Gravity B, macro gravity of planetary bodies etc. How you can amplify gravity a to emulate gravity b. And using EM tricks to do it.

Sounds like ning li's work with super conductors. How using the superconductor it may be possible to amplify or control the gravitomagnetic forces of the electrons therein.

Lazar mentioned phase shifting the gravity waves to either make more attractive or repelant the gravity wave.

Ning li said same thing. She even called her company AC gravity because she felt you could alternate the magnitogravetic force between attractive and repelant and amplify it.

Ning li actually did work for the govt. On anti gravity. And then she mysterioysly disappeared.

Lazar says anti matter reactor, nearly 100 percent efficient photovolteic power source from gamma emitted durring annihilation process.

Maybe we can produce as much anti matter we want and that the technology is scaleable. So yes it could fit in half a basketball sized container. Line the inside with nanosized quantum operating photoelectric cells with super high efficiency like the kind Klimov is developing over at los alamos nanospectroscopy department.

Bingo bango. A anti matter reactor of powerful yet dimunitive size. Can probably run off batteries too.

Element 215. Converting to 216 and the antimatter cascade.

Element 215 a cover name for whatever material they are using as target for anti mater beam. (Wont go into specifics but maybe you want to shoot a beam at a funky material to create antimatter, but the process is nothing like the way lazar describes)

The three pods on the bottom that can generate gravity wave pulses. Sounds like podkletnovs work.

Kylestron (sp) tubes between the reactor to the outside. Maybe reactor is not the reactor (which is seperate) but actually a superconductor. And the tube is a funky way of setting up a induction resonant circuit to a plasma field surrounding the outside of the vehicle. A way to couple, via EM, bosons between the superconductor and the external field for a multitude of possible reasons.

From my viewpoint lazar seems like a rascal who alluded to a bunch of real world stuff in just such a way to get tptb to capitulate or at least meet him halfway to gain his freedom when they got a little too heavy handed.

But he sure as heck didnt discover nor deserves credit for gravity waves.

i dont know the full story, but if i came out and said this and that and i can prove it, i reckon the intelligence community could and would wipe my history of the face of the Earth, to me thats just standard procedure, im not saying he is fake or not, i am saying anyone can be discredited, especially those that threaten the most important secret in history.... if there is even a secret that is, got to be open to all the eventualities thats what i say.

For example element 115 he claimed they were made into disks for an antimatter reactor. Well that impossible its an unstable element meaning its not much use.

That's not a very good example. All elements have unstable versions. The only samples of 115 that have ever been studied were ones that had been synthesized in a lab.

When you synthesize an element there is no guarantee that you're going to end up with the most stable version of it.

In other words: we don't really know whether some version of 115 might exist that is stable. It might or it might not.

He claimed his engine produced gravity waves for propulsion. Impossible gravity waves dont move objects at all and his claims about using gravity to accelerate is comical. If we could do this we could easily create a perpetual motion machine.

Again.... gravity waves are still pretty theoretical. Nobody has ever successfully produced one large enough to move an object, so we can't say for sure whether they can move objects or not.

But in theory they should be able to.

Does that make Lazar credible? No. It does, however, make it apparent that he knows his stuff when he talks about physics. Because he knew enough to choose effects that the greater physics community would not be able to immediately refute.

He may be a charlatan, but he's not an amateur.

Lazar had always claimed the source was from a binary system. It is a fact, (all the high horse skeptics can refute the word, not to matter) that not all the isotopes of a given element are present on this singular planet or within the given non-singularity universe that we exist. There is "an island of stability" that exists at this point in the periodic table.

BASSPLYR: all assertions are plausible however, R L predates the work of Li, Klimov which occurred a decode or more later.

Anyone here ever read the writings of Matilda O'Donnell Macelory about the Roswell ? Scientology or created by Spencer?

Some things Lazar might have contrived or convincingly disseminated. However, the majority of his prognastications is now slowly becoming declassified (google the patent on the TR-3) and or identified as having strange aerospace properties.

It is my belief (knowledge) that Lazar will be vindicated in the next decade.
