Yeah, same here, it has been raining water two days when normal temperature should be between -10 and -15 C here in eastern Finland.

In southern Finland start of the year has been "just" 6-8 C (~ 11-15 F) warmer than average.
January's rain records has been also broken in some places.

Yeah... more is "in order", it's only hard to say how hard it will hit this time.
