First, S & F for the rocking kitten!

Next, How can a puppet help the people? I do not think they can, so I am not sure who to vote for, perhaps a Mickey Mouse write-in?

This is the worst election I have ever seen. The media is not even bothering to give the illusion of choice.

Last, that did not change my mind cause I am still undecided, but you made a lot of good points.

What civil rights would those be?

Are you sure you know what civil rights are?

I think rich people will be just fine.

Besides he can't pass most of his ideas through Congress.

Which is why I feel comfortable voting for him. It's not a bad thing if the president can't pass a bunch of bills its a good thing.

He at least brings awareness to the corruption in politics and if can get in on $27 dollar donations sends a message to up and coming candidates.

Hopefully someday the Republicans can return to classical liberalism and stop writing moral legislation, supporting corporate welfare, interfearing in the market, trampling the constitution, etc.

Haven't you heard of trying to change things from the inside?

He's been arguing against corruption his entire political career.

But you know what your right, up in arms everyone violent revolt is the only way to change things, as apparently trying to change the system within it defaults you to supporting the worst aspects of it.

Ya know those CIVIL RIGHTS every single person in this country is afforded. Even people we don't like.

Ya know that Bill of Rights, and the rest of the constitution doesn't work part time.

Especially the 4th and 14th amendments.

Now if a person claims to be for civil rights. They need to act like it.

Rich, and billionaires are people too.

Hell they even VOTE.

For the last 5 years reading the endless threads on ATS it is for quite a lot of people.

Until they call themselves 'socialist' and run for Potus.

I don't recall there being any restrictions on the religious preferences of the President. Perhaps you are just mis-remembering things through your overt partisan bias?

Ideology aside, I don't see one candidate that has a plan that will help this country one bit.

The Republicans are nothing more than political trolls who's ideas consist of rhetoric and propaganda directed at their ignorant constituents. What have they proposed that will make this country better-off after Obama?

On the Democrat side, we have Hillary whom happens to be a Lite-Republican that wants to continue the status quo.

And then there is Bernie. I like many of Bernie's ideas but we have to be realistic. He will not be able to get anything done unless the Left can also take back congress. If the GOP continues to control congress Bernie will not be able to get squat done and is forced to work through EO's.

I don't see how any candidate is really going to help this country whatsoever.

Then we'll just have to take back Congress too!

It's not like that's impossible or anything and I think that's pretty much the basic theme of his campaign, that we the people take our government back.

I agree, but that is going to be a lot of work. If Bernie is able to get people to the polls and actually take some seats n congress, he may have a shot of doing something.

Otherwise, we are going to be stuck with president Hillary and a GOP congress that will do nothing.

What is a civil right. I don't think you know what those are?

What civil right is bernie looking to take away?

How would he do so without going through Congress?

The last Republican in power was by far the largest constitutional violater in a long time.

Back to CIVIL RIGHTS since some including SAnders don't know what it means:

1. rights to personal liberty established by the 13th and 14th Amendments to the U.S. Constitution and certain Congressional acts, especially as applied to an individual or a minority group.

Really haven't been paying attention to the last eight years.

Or my personal favorite that biggest constitutional violation that started with the 1934 NFA.

IE gun control.

Lol. Of course you are too lazy to prove your own claims. Standard SOP for people without a real point.

I really don't know what you are talking about. I haven't seen too many people say that they didn't want a Jewish President. I've seen QUITE a few conservative posters remark on Obama potentially being Muslim, but I don't care about their opinion. For one, they likely aren't voting for Sanders anyways, and for two, they are idiots who think that the religion of the President matters.

All due respect, but who are you to lecture us on individual rights granted by the constitution when I couldn't even get you to openly state that homosexuals have the same rights under the constitution?

How about the individual right, upheld by the SCOTUS, for a woman to choose what to do with her own body?

Sadly, you have a history of hypocrisy on individual rights issues and I find it humorous that you feel qualified to discuss this issue in any capacity whatsoever.

Now how would Bernie be taking those rights?

You have a rediculous arguement and are quite dramatic.

How would Bernie Sanders get passed the 13th or14th? Are you aware of the process?
