Well all I can say is that it is expected for the Clinton trash to do that. I just cant help but think that it wouldn't have happened if the Bernie supporters had been there chanting "shes a liar" to their face !! I hope that happens.

The Clintons are feeling the bern... nipping at their heels. They're frustrated, scared and will do whatever they can to win this election. The Clinton camp has a lot of room to call someone a liar... [/sarc]

It's when they go quiet, that Bernie has to REALLY worry about what the Clintons are doing.

Yea, I've noticed an increased sense of hostility towards Bernie. I feel like Clinton is VERY scared that she is about to repeat 08. Too bad her heads stuck too far up her own ass to see that its political plays like the OP that contribute to why she is about to see her victory slip from her fingers again.

I see things getting very uncomfortable soon.

If Hillary ultimately beats Sanders, then every democrat/socialist that has been negative towards her will find themselves in a position of defending/supporting her against the GOP.

I heard it put very succinctly by a Hillary supporter in another thread: "Bernie can't possibly win; You have to hold your nose and vote for Hillary."

Exactly. That has occurred to me many times. I even have some sympathy for her about that. She thought she HAD this! She thought it was HERS - In the bag! She's been waiting for "her turn" for 8 years! It would be very frustrating for her to get beat again!

She needs to stop USING her gender as a reason to vote for her.

Considering how many of us are voting again for the first time in a long time simply because of Bernie, and how many of us really believe in the message against the establishment he espouses, I think you'll be pleasantly surprised how few will back Hillary if she wins, especially as I'm sure it will involve a lot of shady stuff on her part in order to beat Bernie at all.

Those of us supporting Bernie really do not like Hillary, she is so establishment it's fricken scary. I'd vote third party or not at all myself. Most Bernie supporters really will not support Hillary. At least I'd like to think we won't, I know I never will.

Exactly. I just got done reading this article from HuffPo about this very thing and this quote from an 18 year old girl on the matter really ringed true.

Bernie Sanders' Female Supporters Want To Break The Gender Barrier... Just Not Now

"Just to support someone because she is a woman isn’t what that is about. Just to put someone in office because they are a woman is a step back." Megan Smilikis, 18, of Massachusetts

And THAT was exactly my complaint with Obama's support 8 years ago. I didn't like that he was pitching his race as the reason to vote for him. I understand that Hillary is doing that now because she saw that was the reason she lost 8 years ago, but I'm glad that this go around younger people are noticing that was a stupid reason to vote for someone. I want the first female president, but Hillary is not the woman I'd want to do it. Like the article I just linked points out, E. Warren would be a better choice.

I've already reconciled that possibility and have decided on who I would vote for in all of the most potential running outcomes. I'd vote for Hillary over just about every Republican in a heartbeat, but that's more a protest vote against the Republicans versus a vote in support of Hillary.

Ehh, I wouldn't bet on it. I can't stand either party, but am a true supporter of Bernie and Bernie alone. Hillary is as bad as Trump if not worse in my book. I feel some shady crap happened in Iowa based on all the articles, but also have seen enough to know there's a good chance it's just propaganda.

If Bernie isn't nominated, I'm throwing the middle finger to politics and voting Trump out of anger. Screw Hillary and her backers that have destroyed this country. I'll take my grim chances with the Wig, because those bible thumpers are backed by the same interests. Trump will most likely not be a great president, but all hope is gone anyways it seems.

If Hillary Clinton DOES win the nomination...and chooses Sanders as her VP..Sanders will have joined and be working for 'The Establishment'.

If he did that, I'd consider him a traitor as would many who support him. All his work would be for nothing if he took the VP position for Hillary.

In fact many of us would be exceedingly leery or write him off if he took Hillary as VP.

That alone is enough to put some people in a fetal position on the floor.

It's funny how we always seem to end up voting in the lesser of two evils.

Be it Trump, Clinton, or even Comrade Bern.

Why, she's no different than any of them, just more underhanded and sneaky about it. Both the establishments republicans and democrats are just as bad. Only difference is, Democrats PR is about pretending to be for the little guy. At least the republican party is more honest about their BS.

Well when you only have two options, that's pretty much stating the obvious. What you said there is the equivalent of some wise ass after finding something he lost, "Well it's always in the last place you look. Hyuk Hyuk."

If it weren't for Bernie who I like and will vote for, I was going to do a Mr. Hanky for president campaign.

The slogan? "If the only choices we have to vote for is #, we might as well make it literal. Mr. Hanky for President, 2016!!!!"

I currently prefer the differences the Democratic party offers versus the ones the Republican party offers. They may both be for corruption, but at least the Democratic party accepts things like Climate Change, marijuana reform, prison reform, abortion being legal, oh and not starting any more wars.

So in essence, I wouldn't be voting for Hillary, but her party. Because I see a Republican candidate would either sideline those topics or actively work to subvert them, and I am especially concerned with the Climate Change debate. At least Democrats are willing to talk about it (even Hillary) instead of pretending it doesn't exist.

Trust me. I've put QUITE a bit of thought into this. This isn't a silly game where I want to ruin everything like a baby just because my guy didn't get the pick.
