Your link is to a blog that pretty much says here are the EPA figures showing ND levels in all US territories in the Pacific region. (ND means none detected)
Then they provide a link to a site that claims to prove the EPA figures are wrong and if you can do complicated calculus you'll know for yourself.

I called him on it being a scatter brained blog spot but I didn't know it was his. And he tracks IP addresses? What can he do with that?


PS if it's true shouldn't the mods be alerted. I'm pretty sure I saw stuff about this in the T&C.
