thanks for the corrections.

I am used to the construction industry where the laborers are typically not unionized and skilled labor generally is.

The disney example is messed up.

Seeing that you follow Yahushua and quoting Matthew 25:28, i am surprised that you are shocked.

If the local Americans have not demonstrated on a massive scale against the Obama regime, then the local Americans are similar to the guy that buried his single talent in the sand.

Now they wonder why their job opportunities have been given to outsiders.

We agree again , except for the one point

Wrong again without the unions to bargain for the worker the companies pay what they want not what they should.

During contract negotiations in arbitration the wages represent a compromise between the unions and the company.Most times it doesnt equal out to what they should be paid.But close enough for both sides to agree upon it.Most times a lowering of wage increase amounts to a contract with better benefits.

Back on topic , this is what happens. Foreign workers are hired and brought into the US by the companies for training. They are trained by the US workers who are about to be laid off . The government actually counts these workers as being employed in this country and new jobs filled. Which at the time is technically correct as these same companies just change the job title (not the job) . So now on the books it appears there are new jobs created and employees hired by that company. Raises their stock value at the time.However , no one hears when they are shipped back to their country to do the job. Thus , the numbers stay the same until the company has to disclose this(some never do)

A lot of construction isn't unionized and when you start as an apprentice for any of the unions your a laborer.

I grew up on construction sites and Layed tile for a living for a while.

There's no none union workers on union job sites the carpenters and IbEw do all the work including the labor.

No, it does not. You failed to read it. It says Job GAINS. So 2 jobs lost and 3 jobs created is not a gain of 3, it's a gain of 1. For every 15 local guys your friend hired, about 15 local guys were fired.
