I don't get how HRC gets carte blanche to just speak whenever she feels like it and the moderators just sit on their hands... it's obvious to me... anyone else?

I guess Hillary was talking about Bernie's vote on Glass-Steagall repeal. That her husband pushed for and signed.

Glass-Steagall was already toothless by the time Congress repealed it.
