The guy obviously hasn't paid attention to the video. At about 3:53 in the unedited video, you can see a man with his hands on his head being led back between the two police vehicles behind Finicum's truck. Obviously he came out of the truck while the camera was panning back to the Jeep just prior to this.

What garbage! This needs to be reclassified to LOL. I have never recorded a phone conversation but I highly suspect that the person being recorded via a telephone line would not sound as if that person was in the same room as the original caller. I call this Bullsheat!

Perhaps the recording of this phone call is a hoax.

However this is what ATS is about, it is to debunk sources and many events. That is why it is on ATS.

I did a little research myself and have also concluded that this is not a real Judge.

So I have no problem if the Mods will remove this thread to the Hoax bin.

He's a self appointed judge for the "constitutional colonies" he's a member if the oath keepers that files law suits against the federal government. Basically they are trying to create their own judicial system saying the current one is broke. This pro a ly has a lot to do with their law suits being thrown out like when they tried to place a lein on government property.
