Why would anyone listen to some pretend judge? He may as well put on blue tights with an S on his chest, it means the same thing, make believe.

You are missing the point of this phone Call. It is not just about what this judge is saying, listen to the information the other person is giving also.

The person on the other end of this phone Call is giving intell that there is a contingency plan in the Works as we speak.
To me that implies the military already knows about the contingency plan. This implyes that the military is informed and in on this.

Since this might be the case, Judge Darby's worries are not goin to Reach far. Unless he or any other can prove that Blackstone are acting as FBI (federal) authority. If the US federal government and the military is in on this they are not going to leak the facts to the judge or anyone else. Darby is probably not even going to get a reply on his request.

The fact of the matter is that there is a planned event hapening soon. If these militia dont go home by their own free will, and end this. There is going to be a New topic on ATS about more dead Americans.

I think you are missing the point, if the Judge is a phony then the guy on the other end of the line is a phony also.

Speaking as a man whose wife has family all over Oregon I can firmly say that this thread is a load of geriatric shoemakers. No. There are no mercs running around taking over Oregon. Get a grip people.

The mercenary thing is not as out of the blue as it might sound.

Since the 1990's there has been claims that the US gov has by treaty given or 'sold' public land to the UN as part of Agenda 21 and international environmentalism. That is one of the reasons for the Militia Movement of the 1990's.

Anyway, just as British MI-6 can spy on Americans and pass the info over to the CIA legally, Foreign Mercs could shoot someone and still have diplomatic immunity. All the more so if it happens on foreign owned "US Forest".

Yes, and people have been saying that the much-fabled black helicopters are just over the next hill for decades, when they're not there. The militia movement is a laughing stock.

?????????????????
Say what again? And by the way, the Treaty of Versailles could have been even nastier. Not that it has the slightest relevance in this case.

The Major is HUMORING Gary to get him off the phone.

"Oh, yes, yes, we're taking your concerns "VERY" seriously, Judge Nutjob ... ABSOLUTELY. Why the General is out of the office today on some VERY IMPORTANT BUSINESS (the guy was probably sitting in the Major's office), but when he gets back into the office this matter will have TOP PRIORITY you can rest assured."

Very true, I guess it really shows the saying:-
"Some people believe any nutjob if they see it on the internet"!
is followed by some people.

In my opinion, this call by the judge is a deliberate attempt to remove legitimacy from the understandable wash of concern that people have about the constitutional aspects of this case broadly, and the legality of the shooting death that we have all been discussing.

The suggestion that these "mercenaries" are agents of the IMF is made with absolutely no actual evidence, merely suspicion, and what is worse, suspicion which has no basis in logic or reason, since it is far more likely that mercenaries operating on American soil would be employed by elements within the American government, so as to provide a plausible deniability scenario for any public figure who might wish to see the standoff ended, and the protesting individuals dead.

The call to the military might have been justified, but not for the specific reasons that Judge Darby suggests, and more to the point, the response by the Major seemed pretty much water tight. Basically, this muddies things pretty damned well. There are things to be very concerned about in this situation, but the IMF and their corporate agents are waaaaaay down the list.

And that's a pretty tidy summation of things: those of us who don't buy in to things like sovereign citizen judges' legitimacy are given ominous and vague warnings and told how uneducated and unenlightened we are.

Month after month, year in and year out.

The only thing that is sure, is that....if the People who resist dont leave by their own free will...are probably all going to die.
And when that happens it will become a New hot topic on ATS. I am 100% sure of it.

The person who help Write the Law (Greg Walden) that gave the father and son jail sentences for 5 years... was it? Even stated in a hearing to the US.House that the Government had missused the laws intent.

IF you listen to this....it sounds like this is all a government man hunt that have been going on for years. Ever since they bought the property in the early 60s.

In fact, I don't find that "sure" at all. Zealots who speak generically of "the People" while doing nothing more than (usually) mouthing baseless outlandish opinions on the internet as well as those who take ridiculous actions like the Bundite seizure of a bird sanctuary in the middle of the wilds of Oregon DO NOT SPEAK FOR THE PEOPLE OF THE UNITED STATES.

Most of us find these "militia" gun clubs ridiculous, and they certainly do not speak for We the People.

However, this fear-mongering and incitement to stupidity does result in needless (and meaningless) deaths, like Mr. Finicum. If it results in more deaths, more stupidity, it will be the sole fault of those who propagate this treacherous, treasonous nonsense.

Personally I'd consider it more of a vicious stereotype, but I agree it's nasty just the same.
