I think it's a rather a bad idea as he seems to be quiet mad at America and is planing of turning it into ruins.

The drunk said he'd then go and destroy both Israel and Palestine for their childish feud....

Bigger question is - What happens if he sits out the round? Would humanity destroy itself? Would the great plan of creation come to a halt? etc...

If he/it is bound by freewill would that not mean it/he has a choice?
