Yes and they can tell if it is you who are carrying said device. They contain accelerometers (smart phones) and they record the unique gait of the user when they walk. Not to mention the video audio surveillance they are capable of with back doors built in. This is one reason they complained so hard about manufacturer (Apple?) making an encrypted device. I am always amazed and the audacity of these people.
