it doesn`t really matter how Hillary tries to hide and dodge the bullet of indictment because when we get a republican administration they WILL indict her,she WILL be found guilty, and she WILL go to jail.
Her only hope of staying out of jail is if we never have another republican administration in her lifetime.
in fact it`s better that she isn`t indicted and found guilty under a democrat administration because the president will just pardon her before she serves any jail time.

That doesn't matter. She went through nine Benghazi investigation with the Republicans at her heals and she came out clean.

Doesn't matter who is in charge if you cant find something to indite her for.

Came out clean? You do remember that she lied and blamed a video on youtube? They threw the guy who made the video in prison. You're proud to support that?

Simply putting the Hildebeast in prison would be too good for her.

She needs to be stripped of her citizenship, tarred and feathered, and dumped (unceremoniously) into the nearest ocean to 'swim for it'.

Unless it gets down to her -vs- Donald Trump. Then I need her to cast my 'vote' upon.

Maybe she could find a foreign embassy, and hole up in it.
Hope it is "secure" and all.

LOL ... maybe she could hole-up at the embassy in Benghazi. I heard there are several vacancies there she qualifies for.

I think it's funny when people say, ''only righ wingers are supporting Hillary'. If that's true, there must be a lot of right wingers who are registered Democrats in Iowa.

Umm what do you think a non-disclosure agreement is? By nature it is a contract between employer and employee, so there is the law she broke. As for why the investigation is taking so long between the wiped server, the slow release of the files and the sheer number do you think this would be a quick look over??? The breech of contract is putting extra care into the investigation since now it needs to be seen what the damage is.

You do know the State Department can not be trust to cooperate fully with the investigation.

That is why the FBI is going directly to the email senders to get the official classification.

It is too early to tell from either side except that the OP clearly showed, it didn't have to be marked.

However, as the SF-312 makes clear, classified information does not have to be marked as such in order to require being handled as classified information. The document applies not just to physical documents and emails but also to oral communications.

If the Republicans throw Hillary in prison the Democrats will throw Bush, Cheney, Rice, and Powell in prison. After that the Republicans will throw some Democrats in prison, and within a couple of years there will be an actual civil war split down partisan lines.

The bottom line is that no one will ever jail Hillary. For the good of the nation no member of a previous administration should ever go to jail or otherwise be punished. Losing elections and being removed from power is more than enough.

That is actually a DD Form 1847-1.

Which is a form granting access to Sensitive Compartmented Information.

www.fas.org...

This is her signed SF-312:

freebeacon.com...

She clearly and without any doubt acknowledged that "classified information may be marked or unmarked"

So much for that defense... wonder what she will come up with next??

Ahh watched the video... holy crap she is setting up her staff to throw them under the next bus....." you can't take information of the classified system at the state department and place it on an unclassified system... we were very specific about that" I wonder who in the heck "we" was???

Next up, once it is proven that her staff was doing exactly that, she will claim she knew absolutely nothing about it and profess to be in a state of shock that her staff would do something like that, and she will support their prosecution to the fullest extent of the law....

Damn good thing her name is Hillary and not Pinocchio.

I just watched that video again this morning...

This crap is starting to get even more bizarre that I would even think possible.

1. She totally side stepped the issue that she signed an agreement that clearly without any doubt states that classified information can be marked or unmarked... she went right back to her defense that information had to be marked or had to be marked somewhere down the email chain in order for her to be able to recognize that it was classified. I swear I don't think she even possesses the capability anymore to realize when she is lying. What an idiot, and she thinks she has what it takes to be the POTUS?

2. She has admitted on video that she knows it would be wrong to take information off of a classified system and move it to an unclassified system. IF that is what was going on, and it very much looks like that was exactly the case, why the hell would you say something like that on TV? That would be great evidence to use in a trial.

3. She is preparing her defense of plausible deniability if it comes to light that staff members at the state department were in fact taking info off the high side and putting it onto an unclass system. She will claim that she knew nothing about this and pretend to be shocked...she is confident at this point there is not anything documented where she may have told any staff to do this...it will turn into a classic he said - she said scenario.

4. Most importantly, she really needs to read the codes governing mishandling of classified information and realize a couple of things: A) The government does not have to prove criminal intent. B) What the meaning of gross negligence is.

IF her staff was taking classified information off a secret or top secret closed system to email her at her private unclass email... they were doing it for one simple reason....because she insisted on using her own private unclass email system instead of a state department email system.

News Alert for Ms. Clinton........you better start understanding exactly what is in 4. 18 U.S. Code § 793 - Gathering, transmitting or losing defense information....might want to have your lawyer explain it to you.

Here's the tell ...

Not one Republican member of the United States government has stepped forward to bring charges against her. Not one.

They're all on the same side ... theirs.

The revelations last week have confirmed some top secret materials on her emails did in fact get sent out from and received into her own private computer system.

You do understand that the "top secret" classification was given to the documents AFTER she received or sent them. Right?

I know you hate Hillary, but to talk her down on this site is really pretty fruitless, because I know of NO ONE here who supports her.

You do understand that the labels and markings have zero to do with it....right ?

That the SOS and the staff that she assembles and trains are supposed to know sensitive or secret content without them ? They are required to have the competence and ethics to do the right thing, without the remedial / full retard exemption.

It's getting boring reading excuses like yours that have been disproven daily for the last 60-90 days.

What does it actually mean to continually repeat things that you know are wrong, that have been scuttled right here on ATS day after day ? This intrigues me.

If this were a GOP cabinet member from any previous Administrations, that question and those facts would have been out there from day one in all the liberal media, then pounded home daily till indictment and jail sentence.

It would have? It didn't happen to Bush... Heck, name one conservative politician the liberal media did that to that is now in jail.

Nixon, Vitter, Mark Foley, Larry Craig, George Allen, .....

vs.

Bubba Clinton, Weiner, Byrd, Spitzer, Menendez, Reid....

yeah, the GOP slugs just get disappeared, whether thrown out, forced resignation, hounded out of elections. The liberals and dems just wait it out and never have a problem, or at most lay low for a year.

Todd Akin's dopey comment about rape ends his political career.....Bernie Sanders claim that women fantasize about gang rape.....not even discussed. Akin says "legitimate rape" and this becomes weaponized by the media against the GOP, but Whoopi says Polankis's kiddie-rape wasn't "rape-rape"....and all the liberals agree.

Sorry, what actually happens in reality doesn't support your claim.
