Tah Dah!!!

Here's the answer: No issues at all.

Replaced both my wife's and son's motherboards, CPUs, Memory, new video cards and power supplies.

Other than a few burps at start up, Windows 10 loaded up on both, did not ask for a reinstall, nor did it ask for new product keys.

Both gave me messages recommending that I update all drivers for chipsets, and that I search for a new video driver (hadn't loaded up the new video drivers at that time).

Took care of that, and Windows 10 booted up just fine on both machines.
