But as Sharon has stated, Israel controls the US and the US knows it. Exercising muscle.

Here's the irony. Sharon justified it as being necessary to protect their security. Bush condemned the action (kind of forced to after the middle-east summit). Of course, that was the same justification Bush gave for the invasion of Afghanistan and a terciary justification for Iraq.
