I bet Syria says "We don't want them back",then what?

They'll have no option in this matter, they'll need to. Syria alone won't have the capability on its own to recover. It's going to need International Relief and Development to build Syria back up and they'll need the Labour to do it. The same can be said for Iraq.

Google Saudi/Iraq border and click on images. They aren't accepting any refugees.

A fence won't stop Diplomatic Pressure on a International Scale.

The EU can't keep this current trend of arrivals. We're having to send people back right now! What chance do another Million people have?

International pressure doesn't stop the bombing and oppression of Gazans, either. interesting that. The pressure is applied wherever the current paradigm see fit.

Saudis are a staunch ally, US uses them to wage war on Middle Eastern nations and global economic war by manipulation of oil production (to hurt Russia, Iran, and Argentina).

Conflating International Cooperation on Refugees with International Cooperation on the Israel/Gazza situation is Ridiculous. They happen to be different situations which require very different solutions.

They'll have no option other than to take them if pressured by the UN or from the US/EU.

They aren't going anywhere's. This is lip service, immigration will continue. Just politics to buy some time and points in the polls.

They will let the situation get worse and worse. Merkel will suggest voluntary deportation, it will fail, no one will voluntarily will go.
And then a strong nationalist party will emerge and they will suggest forced door to door round up and deportation. This will backfire in the polls they will be called racist neo-nazis etc and generally get slaughtered by those that make public opinion.

This will buy merkel and the elites a couple more years.

After a couple years of wages getting depressed, welfare eating up the country, inner city no go zones, and high crime rates Germany will see party alignment much more like the USA.

The end goal would be a poorer, weaker, and polarized germany. Easy for Elites & Co. to control

Her statement was very vague about when the "war" is over. What war? War on terror? War in Syria???

War in Syria has been going on for decades...I doubt the war will ever end! Such a political pundit she is!
