Thank you for clarifying that.

I have not watched the video. But I do know that it is not conclusive either way, and that it is impossible to know what Mr. Finicum was reaching for/towards.

Well, all I can suggest is that you closely watch the video again at the point of his being shot and rerun as many times as needed to clearly see.

In case anyone hadn't seen it and reading here.

This thread has a closer up/higher resolution-much clearer of the shooting of Lavoy etc.
