Actually, this tactic has been occurring to me lately. All the allies could put snipers on the ground in disguise. It would leave the innocents unharmed, and eliminate many of the perps. Sigh. Nobody ever listens to my brilliant ideas. Maybe I should email the commander in chief.

The problem is that it's a war crime. Assassinations are frowned upon. I don't think they should be, but they are.

Let's face it, a single shot to a single skull is no more of a war crime than launching a drone strike on a hundred strong wedding party, with the intention of wiping out just five or six guys.

Crimes against humanity justify snipers removing the beasts who commit them. ISIS is trying to precipitate their version of Armageddon.

hi i have just bean on a site that is called " before its news "
and on it is some guy saying that isis as 4 nukes and that the three nukes are called w25 and one is called w89 types could it be true and what are w25 and w89 are they small nuke if true well you need to go on before its news to see what im going on about and he as a video saying that they are loads of cells all over and they are all ready ??

It is unlikely that US weapons are loose. After the fall of the Soviet Union, there was some worry that some of their nukes were on the market.

---

The "W89" warhead is an unofficial media designation
for the Reliable Replacement Warhead which is
just a more efficient W88 put in a not-much-smaller
package. From those just barely in the know,
I do understand there may have been an
internal leak out to China of a very
basic initial design due to social engineering
and cyberspying but I have little other
information on whether that is true
or not.

Anyways, since it is somewhat based
upon the W88, China would have that
design ANYWAYS! On a technical basis,
I always highly suspected that the
W88 design was INTENTIONALLY
leaked to China for weapons safety
reasons. That by having the nearly
same warhead design as the US,
China's nuclear weapons would be
less suspectible to theft, accidential
firing, and 3rd party proliferation!

So by letting them have it, we have
actually LESSENED the overall threat
from China. So on a political basis
I highly DOUBT a US warhead design
would fall into ISIL/DAESH/AL QUAEDA
hands and is MORE LIKELY to come from
Pakistan or North Korea rather than
stolen from the USA, China, Russia,
France, Israel, Britain, etc.

---

On a technical basis almost anybody can
build their own fission weapon.

two 8 KG cylinderal blocks of U235 slammed together
using high explosive semtex in a high-strength
steel cylinder hidden in a shipping container
and WHAMMO you've got yourself a 10 kilkoton device!

Just enrich the U235 to over 90% using Uranium Hexaflouride
spun around so it filters through laser drilled pores drilled
into thin-wall ceramic filters encased in 6000 or 8000 series
aluminum tubes set on magnetic bearings at 35,000 RPM.

Try this as a starter:

en.wikipedia.org...

Almost ANY modern day High Schooler could do this now
since you just need to find any old gravel pit and crush
about 275,000 tons of rock to get your 16 KG of U235
to the minimum 90% level of weapon's grade enrichment.

Mommy and Daddy will only need to lend you about
$237,000 in Diesel Fuel costs for the loader's and crusher's
fuel costs and maybe another $125,000 in electricity costs
for the U235 spinners to get that U235 ore!

Not too hard or expensive for rich enough parents
of enterprising if megalomaniacal teenagers!

An American unit have been announced by our head idiot.

Could be! I'm guessing though it's an SAS (British Special Air Services) unit
just because for no special reason other than US units usually have waaaaay
more support people on the ground. SAS are usually 3 to 5 man units with
only radio support while in the US on many (not all!) missions you will have
at least one of COMM/RADIO TECH, SNIPER and SPOTTER, EXPLOSIVES/ORDNANCE TECH,
MEDIC, RECON/WATCHER/MAPPER, DRIVERS (light tactical vehicles) and
OFFICER/SQUAD LEADER. That's like 8-to-10 people right there!

Interestingly, I also suspect FRANCE and it's special services!
They also like doing micro-teams very much like SAS does!

If it IS a U.S.-based group, I suspect it's actually an ARMY RANGER unit
rather than a SEAL or DELTA group.

Of course they are terrified.

That isn't part of their deal with the CIA.

Looks like my ealrier surmise about British SAS is LIKELY the correct one!

Sniper kills ISIS executioner during beheading class
'We got rid of 21 terrorists with 1 bullet'

An Islamic State executioner’s head exploded during
a class on beheading after a well-aimed shot by a
British Special Air Service sniper.

Military sources told the Express that
a recent mission into northern Syria
involved killing an ISIS recruiter with
a Dan.338 rifle as the terrorist was
instructing 21 new recruits.
...
...
One minute he was standing there
and the next his head had exploded
...
The commander remained standing upright for
a couple of seconds before collapsing and that’s
when panic set in.
...
...
The source said three four-man teams needed
12 hours to carry out the successful mission.

Like I said earlier, it's British SAS using only 3 or 4 man
teams MUCH SMALLER than a SEAL or DELTA team!
