Officer charged in Laquan Mc Donald slaying is one of those involved in this .....
Chicago is looking more like a war zone than a city as the violence and obfuscation spin up.....
I suspect this is a common practice in most departments as well......
How then do we hold the watchers accountable.....
And makes one wonder about the killing of La Voy Fincum all over again....
Did the arresting officers disable their video too....and why...

Cop is not a legit job.
Takes too much resources anyhow.

Solution is a volunteer force, and murder, rape, crime goes on jury trial.

Police means city.

Paying people to prevent and solve crimes has shown liabilities such as that described in the OP.

National US debt is high.

Cops are expensive and produce crime prevention and solution that imho may be matched by a city/community's concerned segment.

Interim Chicago Police Supt. John Escalante responded to the revelations by formally reprimanding some officers, and by suspending others for up to three days.

It's all this harsh punishment that's going to put them on the straight and narrow. /sarc
