This is seriously one of the more biased threads Ive seen here. Obviously all the Progressives here are going to agree with the OP because they are unaware of the general complicity of both parties in the ruination of this country. Without the complicity of the West, the ravages of World Communism would not have been allowed to the extent it was, and today the ravages of Common Core and Agenda 21 are being pushed. Fixing poverty is a ruse by wicked people in high places for the purpose of control of all the people in all nations. It is an Epic thing massive in terms of Armageddon.
But thanks for the entertaining OP.

Oh Please! The whole Jesus was a socialist thing is soooooooo mistaken. It is a travesty that Bernie and the Socialists twist the Master's teaching to their agenda.

For the record, not a huge Alex Jones fan, but I do listen because he tends to report things msm doesn't. He's been covering Flint, Mi, a lot.

Flint is, last I heard, consolidated under the blue fist.

I can't believe people like you still exist. Incapable of seeing reality with your own two eyes.

Que Elton John, blinded by the light..

My friend, reality is people suffering because conservative politicians are selfish, greedy, and ignorant. Flint, Kansas, NJ, La. are examples of this and there are many more.

Not all of them but the vast majority of this madness of coddling the rich and neglecting the poor is a clear fact.

Also their policies of concentrating on austerity in a world of plenty are clear.

As for Jones. We’ll my point is he NEVER emphasizes helping poor Americans, poor people, just: he wants his guns, and freedom

Freedom to do what?

Freedom is useless to people in need, the hungry, and the homeless, and in this modern world of plenty such realities are an unforgivable sin and crime against humanity.

….And the clear record is that GOP conservative philosophy is the prime mover behind this selfishness and neglect.

So who is blind?

what do you see?

indeed, the blind and the seeing are not alike!

These occurrences are only the tip of the iceberg, as other horrors of conservative philosophy will soon trickle down into the news and we will witness more victims of their perverted social and moral philosophy of coddling the rich and neglecting the poor, near poor, and middle classes.

They’ll be more Flint Michigan’s, more Kansas’s; more states where schools have to close, where the massive cutting of school funds will cause untold damage to the educational institutions of America. Where people will be deprived of basic food and shelter because of the conservative GOP philosophy of serving the one percent…

The years of neglect of the infrastructure and the safety net because the GOP has convinced people welfare cheats and colored immigrants have been given American tax money to buy Cadillac’s and have been stealing food stamps with your tax money.

This IS NOT about left/ right paradigm or partisan bickering this is about HUMAN BEINGS.

This is about DIRECT cause and effect death and destruction of human beings health, and welfare connected to GOP conservative philosophy and policies

It's a lose/lose situation...While you may be correct the liberals are just as bad...They will (and are) eliminating the middle class...Everyone will be on welfare...Like the conservatives the liberal want to flood the country with cheap, illegal labor for the benefit of the 1%...Even the liberal union leadership are going along...BOTH sides are doing the best they can to parade in as many terrorists as possible...

The liberals are trying to destroy freedom of religion except for izlam...Thru the liberal education system izlam is being installed in the schools while Christianity is all but illegal...The list goes on and on and on...

But these are not the normal people...These policies represent the fringe of the right and the fringe of the left...Unfortunately the middle of each group doesn't get heard...And the middle of both sides are far closer than likely you and the media and gov't really portrays...

I would classify myself as a conservative, pro American, Democrat...Yet I vote mostly Republican...Both Parties are so far out of whack that I'm embarrassed to claim either...So I'll take the moniker of Independent...

The agenda for both sides is One World Gov't with no sovereign Nations...That includes the United States...And we're very close to that...This will likely be the last election where America is destroyed or saved...What we need are conservative Democrats and liberal Republicans to get on board...

Mr Jones would have you believe old pipes that were too weak to handle corrosive water that lead to poisoning is a blue thing. Ok. So why isn't mr jones pushing congress for a massive infrastructure bill to rebuild our country? Or is that a blue thing too.

Why is it the responsibility of the Federal Government to fix such a thing? Those are local issues.

If the localities do not have enough money to handle it, perhaps the Federal Government is taking too much and needs to stop with all that taxing? Just a thought ...

Once upon a time, it used to be that local water and sewer, which is where the pipes would fall, were LOCAL matters handled by each municipality and NOT a federal issue.

Or at least find for me the specific, enumerated power in the COTUS that says the Federal Government is responsible for the water pipes and sewer system of your town. You won't find it, but you will find the part that says those things not defined as Federal are powers reserved EITHER to the states OR the people themselves and there are far more of those than there are powers given to the government.

We are all aware the democrats aren’t saints and most of them are bought and paid for as well as the republicans.

But in comparison it’s not even close who the worst is

Every GOP congressman and senator voted against the ACA.

I know it aint perfect but it’s a start

Practically all GOP members vote for all of the “free trade” deals--the scam of the 1 percent.

Who is always trying to cut food stamps, Social Security, and unemployment insurance?

Cutting welfare

Against almost 100 percent reforming the banks. Against a strong EPA

Against voting rights acts

Always against infrastructure building

Cutting school budgets

On and on and on every issue that deals with helping the poor and middleclass the GOP is against

And every thing for helping the rich they are all for

ALWAYS for cutting taxes for the rich

These are FACTS

You folks are in denial, delusion, or with all due respect, just outright being untruthful

These lead pipes aren't in homes, or easily accessible, they come off the main water line in one's street and in a place like Flint are buried at least 4 -6 feet deep below the frost line....it's a bit of a nightmare really. It's an issue that cities all over North America have to deal with as I illustrated with Winnipeg's water treatment plant video.

Again it's a money issue.....dig up every pipe on in the Northern climates to a level of 4-6 feet deep per household that has lead pipes, or....adjust the P.H of the water before it hits these pipes as so it won't start leaching lead off them.

Partisan politics never solve anything. While we sit around and try to blame the other party, real people have lead in their water. It would be nice if the games would stop for a minute to get some real issues solved for once.

Your absolutely right, partisan politics solves nothing...bi-partisanship not only doesn't solve anything either...usually just worsens it.

Find for me where the Federal Government is responsible for even half of those things.

If you want to live in a country with central government control of everything, even where you can poop and how many kids you can have, I invite you to move to someplace like China or Cuba. They seem to be more what you are looking for.

I don't get it.

Liberals cry about how too many people are destroying the planet.

But when the destroyed planet comes back on those too many people, liberals start crying about how the planet is fighting back.

So, in conclusion, liberals don't really care one way or another, they just like to cry about everything?

You can't have a healthy planet with this many people, and you can't have healthy people with this many people.

I am old enough to remember the freeways being built in the fifties and sixties across the nation. That was federal funded. My dad was a construction engineer after ww2. It was successful because even conservatives cared about our nation back then.

Every GOP congressman and senator voted against the ACA.

Yep, as well they should, but they didn't do anything to repeal the piece of garbage legislation which is nothing but bureaucratic red tape tangles and government meddling and statism and adds trillions to the budget.

Against a strong EPA

ummm no, against an overly regulated EPA which tries to take over the water rights of people's wells on their own properties and is responsible for disasters like the flooded river with toxins.

ALWAYS for cutting taxes for the rich

cutting axes across the board. I seem to remember getting tax cut from both Bush and Reagan and I am not in the 1% So now who is the untruthful one or just plain biased? It is Marxism and socialism which demands a Progressive income tax which is redistribution of wealth. Do I really need to say more?

Freedom is useless to people in need, the hungry, and the homeless, and in this modern world of plenty such realities are an unforgivable sin and crime against humanity.

So as long as there's a chicken in every pot who needs the freedom to live their lives in basically normal fashion??? That's the problem with Statism is people sacrifice their freedom for a full tummy. Oh my Revolutionary Patriot ancestor is rolling in his grave.

yah, no it was response to somebody who was conflating Bernie to Jesus.....
There seems to be a lot of people trying to suggest that the Bernie Sanders type of socialism is somehow the saving grace of the economy for the little people and that Jesus would have approved the message...lol

No I don't live there, but am aware of the problem throughout all North America including where I live. To be honest...."it ain't pretty", but as I stated, with proper P.H controls the effects of lead leaching into water systems can be controlled if not eliminated.
