When the shooting starts is what I can not tell and without that the video doesn't clear a damn thing up to me.

It starts with a bullet to the side of his head...and ends with that, in regards to him.
Pretty obvious by the way he dropped.

Ever shot anything in the head?

It was probably one of the not-so-secret FBI surveillance planes. If it wasn't, it was one of the official ones. Either way, they were more likely than not manned. The DOJ has quite the airwing.

ETA: They probably don't include local time as the aircraft probably goes all over, depending on when it's available and where it's needed. Just using UTC avoids the mess of resetting it when they change timezones.

And asking questions is never a bad thing.

The footage is pretty hard to follow for my eyes...
The pictures are flir are nt they....
Perhaps a flash could be observed peripherally if he was shot causing his arms to flail or what have you.....
So maybe some good eyes can spot a peripheral flash from a discharge....
Wheres the dash cam footages.....
Wheres the individual cop cams.....surely theres far more than one angle available....

Glad I'm not the only one seeing it, didn't spot it at 13 though so good find. Does seem a bit iffy though for supposedly unedited video, one could even throw it out there that maybe the footage is actually spliced ?

Like I said. Suicide by cop. It doesn't matter if he was teaching for a gun or not. It doesn't even matter if he had a gun. He knew exactly what would happen if he made a move to reach for anything without being instructed to do so. He said he wouldn't let himself be arrested and that's exactly what he did.

It really is a word cognitive dissonance that is going on here. Finicum's supporters liked him because he was a man of his convictions. At the same time though they don't believe he would do what he said he would. So either he was a man of his word or a liar. Which is it?
