Funny thing is, Sanders is the only one championing for the working class yet he gets attacked left and right like this.

BULL CRAP!
taxfoundation.org...

How in the fudge does a reduction of income after taxes ranging between 6.4% to 9.5% for Working Americans qualify as "championing" us? If that's my champion, I want a goddamned recount.

In comparison, Trump's plan taxfoundation.org... INCREASES after tax income compared to the current laws by 1.4% to 8.3% for the same comparable range (0-80% of filers... AKA "Working" America.)

Hmmm... over there is a jackass who intends to take an extra 9.5%(+) of my income on top of what is already stolen from me ... over there is a jackass who intends to let me keep 8.3% more of my own earnings. As a working man, who's my champion?

Jimmy has two classmates. One of the classmates kicks Jimmy in the nuts every day. The other classmate always greets him happily and offers to help Jimmy out if he's struggling with his homework. WHO IS JIMMY'S FRIEND?

Jenny has two dude's flirting with her. One of the dude's makes beeping noises when she backs up, makes her pay for his meal on the date, and curses at her when she doesn't put out. The other dude treats her like a lady, pays for her entire date, and is a gentleman the whole evening. WHO IS JENNY'S BETTER CHOICE OF BOYFRIENDS?

Jose has two job offers. One offer will pay him peanuts, under the table, demands he be available for long hours but refuses to pay any OT, and tells him he'll be the first employee terminated if the company struggles. The other offer includes competitive pay, employee stock ownership on top of the standard benefit package, and career training on the company dollar. WHICH JOB IS JOSE'S BEST OPTION FOR A PRODUCTIVE CAREER?

I could go on with these, but my point has been made. Working America deserves a champion that doesn't kick us in the nuts, expect we put up with a world of crap from them while still bending over immediately on demand, or expect us to happily pay even more into a broken, corrupt, and bullcrap system purely with the intent of building a kept voter base for some political schlubb. We deserve a real break for a change. We deserve not only a system that doesn't constantly put more pressure on us for the benefit of the Kept Voters. We deserve a system that gives the Kept Voters the middle finger and gets their hands out of our wallets.

For a guy who is going after Wall Street, the wealthy, wants to break up the big banks and try to make them pay their fair share of taxes is a man in an get behind. Do you really think with his tax plan he's trying to put the working class in a worse position than it is now? You don't like his tax plan and if elected who even knows if it will go into effect because clearly he would have an uphill battle. If elected, I'm not even sure he'll have the power to go after the wealthy even as president but he sure will try.

Hey great, he plans to screw the wealthy worse than he'll screw the rest of us! That makes it all OK...

*spit*

Sorry, but no. I believe in an America where nobody has to get screwed and there's no solace to be had over getting hosed less than somebody else. You work for what you want, you should keep what you earn... that's true of the guy picking onions at $5 an hour and of the Wallstreet exec pulling in $50 Mil a year. It's called capitalism and by God, last time I checked, it was still what this country was all about. If Bernie wants to be a socialist, let him move to a socialist nation and play his little song, dance his little dance, and act his little fool self there.

America NEEDS someone to stem the tide of entitlement and "I exist, so pay me" horsecrap now, before the percentage of takers exceeds 50% of the voting population. Once we go past that magic number, we're out of time because the takers will never vote against their meal ticket and will forever put into power men who rape the incomes of those of us paying a net income tax every April to pay the dowries to their Kept Voters.

Trump 2016!

That America would be great but we haven't lived in such a place in my lifetime. Everyone but the wealthy have been getting screwed and will continue to do so. You don't like his tax plan and I can't say I fully agree with it either but I do believe he's the voice of the working class. Besides Rand Paul, and Gary Johnson, the working class has no one in their corner. Maybe Gary Johnson is your man?

If sanders has any supporters over 30, i'd be surprised.

If he has any middle class people as supporters, i'd be more surprised.

No, I saw his former of cronyism while he was governor of NM. I'll happily vote for whoever emerges between Trump and Cruz.

No one is saying they CAN'T support a candidate. All I ever said was that I lost respect for them because I don't like it when entertainers become political. You are reading too much into my comment.

Get your surprise face perfected. Majority of friends like me are in our mid to late 40s and mid to high-mid incomes. We don't agree with everything Bernie proposes, but we also are more aware that the other candidates don't have the integrity to run our America as President. We actually do see some of the struggles that our younger generation are experiencing (via our kids) and we are nearing the cusp of retiring ourselves. Bernie is the only one who provides real solutions across many demographics.
