Yes. A lot of people don't get it. While they're living their nightmare lives, we are pretty much on cruise control.

I wouldn't say beat his ass but if his direction is down a bad path with sufficient stubborn will,you might have to help him.
I was spanked swatted in school and once with a leather belt,don't be too shocked we usually used the damn willow tree in the yard think of a natural plant sjambok.
I wouldn't say I was abused and the "yes sir yes ma'am" has come in handy,adversity is easier and most of my discisions in life are more effective.
