Georgia State Patrol trooper shot; I-75 SB in Cobb County blocked

Crapola, still kind of breaking; I am hoping that all is well with the trooper and there are no life threatening wounds. Also hope that there is not some crazy (Im not going to say it) targeting LEO'S

A Georgia State Trooper was shot following a chase on I-75 in Marietta, authorities confirmed. A suspect was also shot.

All southbound lanes of the interstate were initially blocked near Delk Road, but two lanes reopened around 4:15 p.m.

Both the trooper and the suspect were taken to the hospital, according to a statement from the Georgia State Patrol. Their conditions were
unclear.

Well the good news is both the suspect and the officer were taken to the hospital, so if the suspect is some crazy person targeting LEOs ...they already have him/her.

But I did want to thank you for the second link, that led me to the story of the man arrested for using his wife's head to mop up spilled milk and her tossing his peanut butter and jelly sandwich on the floor.

His wife told police it was the 3rd. time he had used her head as a mop.

Is it something in the water...air...DNA...?

Back on track...hope the Trooper is going to be OK.
