Yea actually I would prefer it to be closer to 30 million, but I figured that was way too unrealistic so I shot high. I cannot fathom how on Earth you would defend someone with 30 million, when you are nowhere near that, nor has anyone with that kind of money come to your defense.

These are things that have to be put to vote you know, so if a vote comes out to lower the threshold , just make it know you dont want it to go down. I am sure your millionaire local representative would agree as well and downvote it.
