Does anyone have any information on this 1996 USAF project- the HAVE GAZE Airship?

It's mentioned in this recently released USAF document title that details research conducted at Phillips Laboratory (formerly the Air Force Weapons Laboratory- now renamed the Air Force Research Laboratory at Kirtland Air Force Base, New Mexico)

Found on Federation of American Scientists website:

"HAVE GAZE (HG): HG is a counter low-observable (CLO) algorithm that takes advantage of particular radar phenomenologies at high grazing angles associated with a SBR. Efforts in this area are intended to further the understanding of the phenomenology, validate HG models, and assess the military utility of HG."

Thanks for your help Starwarsand Willard.

Yeah I tried Google but as you've found, it details the HAVE GAZE algorithm but no mention of the associated HAVE GAZE Airship. If anyone finds any info on this airship, based at Kirtland AFB in 1996, please post it up here.
