My theory atm until actual charges are followed is this.

Hillary will get POTUS whether or not the public voted for it. overvoting in districts again, small nudges in electronic voting, etc.

The deep state will get an easy blackmail on POTUS. Hence business as usual, the deep state rules and the POTUS is meant to keep unrest down, a figurehead to praise and hate.

The deep state cares about revenue(taxes,lobbyist,payoffs, etc), tech, and geopolitics.

If I was deep state board of director this would be a blackmail slam dunk. The only thing I need to worry about is a gop candidate getting a +5 plus lead on hillary as it's harder to bs.

Or she is a part of the deep state and it doesn't matter anyways.

There's a reason why people are tired of hearing about this. It is meant to make you tired of it so you don't care anymore what happens to criminals who do things like Hillary does, so that you shrug your shoulders and just play along with "THE" "nothing to see here" psyop transpiring, or already transpired.
This is a pattern that has been ongoing for quite some time with no one that keeps falling for it ever gets.

The nature of criminality that has gone right on by, has done so using these same methods, and it appears it will continue when apathetic individuals keep contributing in a way that just dismisses the criminal elements of what our dearest leaders and those abusing their powers have been doing. Maybe if you didn't keep playing along like they hope you do, you might cause it to have something done about it that does more than just whine how tired you are of people calling them out over and over again.

Again, examine the FACTS:

1. The letter, dated 11 August 2015, clearly states that some classified emails on Hillarys server were found to be classified at Top Secret//SI//TK//NOFORN.

2. Top Secret//SI//TK//NOFORN...... Explanation of the former:

3. TK means satellite imagery or information derived from that satellite imagery. This information is classified TS//SCI from the very instant that image is snapped.... before it is transmitted back to earth and long before it wound up on her server, it was classified.

This is pretty clear….IF someone willfully transmits or causes to be communicated classified information to someone who does not have the proper clearance, ie; such as putting it on a thumb drive and giving it to your lawyer, then they can be charged under this provision.

This is pretty clear as well, same as (d), key phrase being “unauthorized possession of”. IF someone has classified information outside of strict control, such as an unclassified email server in their home, they can be charged under this provision.

Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both.

“Whoever, being entrusted with” This is a catch all phrase that applies to every single person who has or had a security clearance.

“(1) through gross negligence permits the same to be removed from its proper place of custody or delivered to anyone in violation of his trust, or to be lost, stolen, abstracted, or destroyed,”

Gross negligence is exactly what it implies. No criminal intent is required for conviction. This negates any defense of “I didn’t know it was classified” or “I wasn’t aware it was classified”. Accidentally having classified material in any place outside of proper controls falls under this category.


“Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both.” Pretty clear.

Plausible deniability!

I like to look at it like this....

1,300 classified emails...

toss out 99% as being 1.) not classified at the time of being received or sent 2.) not being easily recognizable as should have been classified 3.) Over classified 4.) Any other reason you can think of to dismiss them.

That still leaves at a bare minimum, 13 felony count of mishandling of classified information.


Sure she deserves a shot at being commander-in chief, or rather, commander-in-her-own-belief
