If Hillary Clinton isn't prosecuted, then our system of justice is a lie.

America is a lie.

So you know what evidence Delay's friends in the FBI are going to present to the AG?
Do you have the same friends?

It already is a lie.

Our system is totally #ed up. We need to come up with new ideas.

No, I don't.

But if only a fraction of what we have been told is true, then she should be in jail.

I've given up on ideas. I just want to survive long enough to make sure my children will survive.

The AG may not be asked to play. If the FBI arrests her, they have the option of presenting her to a Federal Judge.

Wonder who they've got picked out.
Wonder if 0bama is gonna be compelled to pardon her on the spot.

Muwhahahaha

Check me if I am wrong, I don't think the FBI "arrests" folks.

Of course, in this case I think they would win the majority
of America's support if they did. We need a hero about now.

Agents of the FBI make direct arrests regularly. They'd prefer to let the guys in uniform do it ... sometimes it's not gonna work out that way.

Either way...it would be explosive.

A headline one of these days:
"Hillary Clinton Arrested by FBI"...

Of course, I would settle for "Grand Jury Convened
In Hillary Clinton Indictment"....

Any way any day.

I just hope they get this taken care of before the Democratic Convention. If she is forced to drop out, maybe the Dems can pull off a draft, and not have to rely on results of the primaries.

On a personal level I like Bernie. I like some of what he has to say. I just don't think he is the right man for the job of POTUS.

I'll start by saying that I nominate General Wesley Clark as the Democratic candidate for President of the Unites States!

That's like me saying I have "friends" at McDonalds that say the next happy meal toy is going to be Hot Wheels.

One of these days, the FBI might indict itself, well...maybe an individual on a subject matter against the FBI et al.
Maybe that could have been done in the event of 9/11, maybe that could have been done before 9/11 ever happened? instead we got anecdotes through the newspapers. But here we get rumour of FBI agents going public about Hilary Clinton, a here today, gone tomorrow politician in any timescale. Whatever, it better be very good.

All things considered ... (1) this is a government agency in open rebellion ... or (2) 0bama and Linch(mob) have let loose the Dogs of War on Hillary. There's no love lost between any of the players.

If I had a preference, I'd take the FBI going rogue and making arrests of everyone who has broken the law in and around the Pennsylvania Ave. area. I don't usually get things 'my way' so it's most likely Team 0bama behind this and Hillary is gonna deal with a minor stumbling block.

Here's a funny I was waiting to be called on:

sub·poe·na
səˈpēnə
LAW
noun
1.
a writ ordering a person to attend a court.
"a subpoena may be issued to compel their attendance"
verb
1.
summon (someone) with a subpoena.
"the Queen is above the law and cannot be subpoenaed"

How fitting.

This will be a pretty big indictment coming from the FBI, seeing as it will be their first. Just happy Hilary is the one on the receiving end of this historic moment in US history!

Can the FBI indict anyone?
Last I heard they were law enforcement, not judicial.

True. DOJ has to act on the FBI's recommendation to indict.
