Santorum was at .46% and he won Iowa.

There are a lot of foreigners who cannot even vote represented in this poll and pile them on with the hate America socialists you find posting in every topic and you get Bernie Sanders numbers.

Nope similar numbers in different poles are reflected among likely registered voters , and IMO ATSrs are perhaps slightly more Conservative than average.

Bernie wants to expand social programs, he also wants to increase taxes to pay for it. But when you pay taxes, those taxes dont go to the debt. They pay for interest on the debt. So again, i stand where i stand. No. No more new spending for social programs We need to balance the budget, pay off the debt, and let the free markets, free trade, and capitalism do the rest.

It is true that increases in the monetary supply decrease the value of the dollar, but right now? If we hadn't had all of that "quantitative easing", the dollar would be far too strong for the good of the economy, and it's still rising RAPIDLY. There's multiple sides to the equation regarding dollar value and inflation. A couple of the other major considerations are DEMAND and RELATIVITY (to other world currencies.)

20-30 years ago you could fill your shopping cart with more like $150. Complete and total elimination of "Social Programs" wouldn't even balance the budget and "Free Trade" doesn't help US Workers one bit, but it does help US corporations earn additional money by outsourcing their manufacturing jobs to other nations where labor is cheap.

I didn’t vote seeing as I would not have had the vote in the USA so seems bad form for me to vote here.

But I am disappointed Rand Paul is so low as he seems the most level headed of the candidates.

Interesting. What, exactly, is a "hate america Socialist"? LOL

I like Bernie Sanders but I'm not a stereotypical socialist or a communist. I don't think Sander's hates America, I think he wants to make it better by trying to do what's good for the poor and working class.

Give me someone else running for president now, that loves America more? Trump? He loves money. Doesn't care one bit for poor people. Cruz? Nope. Carson, maybe but would he love me if I told him I'm not a Christian? Would I be a second class cititzen in his eyes? Hillary? Nope. Bush? Nope. Graham? Nope. There's just not a whole lot of good people running.

All the presidential Candidates are going to raise taxes on both sides. The difference between sanders and them is sander's isn't lying.

Communism and Socialism are very similar. To me they're all Commies.

This poll means nothing without a "None of the above/abstain" choice.

Now, if the poll said, "Who would you vote for if I held a gun to your head", then maybe I'd make a choice.

For those who don't see the poll options you probably have to enable tracking. On Firefox you have to click the security icon on the far left side of the URL bar and click "Disable protection for this site". Use at your own risk. Firefox automatically blocks website tracking now for your protection so you have to enable it on each page you visit where it requires it.
Once I did that the page refreshed and showed the poll choices.
