No to socialism. Period.

Period? Why are you living in America, then? It's had elements of Socialism for a very long time now.

What's your opinion on the 2nd amendment? Militias are awfully Socialistic, y'know...

His tax plan has a hidden tax. Its called inflation. The taxes go to the interest to the national debt. The more they borrow the less the dollar is worth, the weaker it gets.

So, a problem that ever tax plan would have, then?

Well, no point really talking to you. You've decided "Socialism" in any shape or amount or form is the bad guy, and it will forever remain that way.
I wish I could grant you a 100% Capitalist society, but I don't think you'd like it very much.

Funny I'd label Trump and Carson with that. They both want a database on everyone in the US.

Bernie wants to expand social programs, he also wants to increase taxes to pay for it. But when you pay taxes, those taxes dont go to the debt. They pay for interest on the debt. So if he gets his way, the national debt will increase exponentially. He wants to expand these social programs like his new healthcare plan. That alone is going to speed up the amount the USA borrows. Its bad now, he'll only make it worse. This will also flood the market with printed monies. Each dollar that is printed, makes the next dollar even worth less.

Lets say you have 20 dollars. That 20 dollars next year will be worth (for example purposes) 19 dollars. You still have 20 dollars, but it only has the purchasing power of 19. Now fast forward 10 or 20 years. Your 20 dollars today will be worth 5 dollars 20 years from now.

20-30 years ago you could fill your shopping cart with 20 dollars. Now you need like 100 to match what you couldve purchased today. That's the hidden tax. You think his plan is great and all, but its long term effects will hurt everyones wallet. Socialism lite like america has today like you said is true. We have it, its also one of the reasons why the dollar is worth less and less each year. Bernie wants to accelerate it to insane levels.

So again, i stand where i stand. No. No more new spending for social programs We need to balance the budget, pay off the debt, and let the free markets, free trade, and capitalism do the rest.

I'm not American, but I've taken a look at your candidates.

Sanders is definitely the man who hides the devil horns the best, even with the little hair he has.

Feel the burn! Cause Trump will not help you...

Just as a point of interest, we've had a small group of COX IP's from Virginia flooding votes for Trump. Some coming in at a pace that might indicate they're using a browser tool that allows for rapid cookie deletion and revotes. We've had to negate just over 200 votes for Trump. This might indicate we've had one or two"social media warriors" for Trump spamming the poll.

A few points needing attention:

Was it intentional to put "Virginia" in there? Like home of the spooks Virginia? If it was another state would you have bothered to mention the state? If no, what are your suspicions?

The fact it requires so much "fixing" show it is inherently flawed? Almost feels like a real election!

If you were to add "none of the above" even now with all the existing votes, do you think the results would be a win for "none of the above"? I do.

For a site geared towards uncovering truth in conspiracies and denying ignorance and all that, why give legitamcy to something that intentionally divides and polarizes the world?

I saw Santorum didn't have any votes so I hooked him up.

Poor guy. First person to successfully get Google bombed.

Oh please, stop spewing that drivel.
Sanders isn't a Communist.
Socialism is not Communism.

I'm beginning to think that should be one of ATS's taglines, alongside "Deny Ignorance". "Socialism is not Communism."

What's the alternative on the Democrat side, anyway? Clinton? O'Malley? I'd love a Sanders vs. Trump election. Hell, most polls (such as this one) seem to indicate that the American people want that election too.

If Sanders is Socialism, then Clinton is Oligarchy, Trump is Fascism, and Cruz is Theocracy.

It's just a fun online poll meant to generate discussion among the people participating... us. Good Lord people, there's not a boogeyman around every corner.

Simmer down, now. No use trying to bring a level head and rational reasoning into this...its politics afterall.

You said it, it's politics, there's no such thing as rational and level headed in politics (or from any government agency either, it seems)

I need my key to the Coffee cabinet back now pls this is getting silly.

That is all BS. There are still plenty of countries to bomb.

The real concern shouldn't be social programs, instead it should be "Peak Terror". I mean, once we reach peak what do you think the price of a terrorist will be? I shudder at the thought.

I trust this poll as much as I trust a fox in a chickens coop.

I'm disappointed-I've seen far more sutble ads before and so no I will not be visiting disinfo.com anytime soon.

Nice try though.

Something is wrong with the poll anyways. Trump was ahead 106 to 100 last time I looked. Now Sanders is ahead 129 - 82.

Why hasn't this been explained yet?
Clearly, the results are being manipulated. Others here have also noticed he same shuffling of numbers.

Being the first poll I've ever voted in, I'm going to use this as experience. Now I can see why the others have Bernie over Trump, the numbers are screwed.

I had to clear out some fraudulent votes. More than 40 votes for Trump from the same IP address.

Did you add them to Sanders?

Always has to be one person effing things up for everyone else! Glad I'm in Louisiana.

Edit: I voted twice yesterday to see what would happen and all it said was that my vote has already been counted.

Indeed he did, not just beating them, crushing them all.

It seems many on ATS that supported Ron have gone over to Trump or Sanders, only a few support his son.
These types of websites don't represent the general populace, look who actually won he was at 2% (Mitt)
Santorum was at .46% and he won Iowa.
