been a member for a while, feel i should introduce myself. i am dawk

hello all, my name is dawk. i mostly lurk here, but i feel like i should make an effort to make some friends (or more enemies ).
i am not much of a "word person" so please forgive my bad grammar.

i am about 3/4 a bottle of wine into the evening, and feeling pretty open. i (unfortunately) live in the greater los angeles area, and i work in the manufacturing industry as a machinist. i like to create, build, and repair/refinish things in my spare time. i really dont know what else to add. this website is pretty cool, and i read threads here every day.

i live in pasadena, yes it sucks. i have been sending aplications to Oregon and Washington for weeks. but i dont think they like people from here

i know, i am more of a reader than a writer. but i am trying to meet new people, but since i dont generally get along with people in my area i am guna try to be more sociable on here.

Have you ever considered building an iron man suit? I only ask because you are doing well with the wine and you will probably get great ideas. Then when you wake up tomorrow in a half finished battle suit you will feel inclined to finish what you started this fateful night.

OR you could build something awesome to enhance the wine drinking. Like an auto bottle opener and server built into a bottle holder.

I am working on a single drink of light rum myself.

yes i have considered building an iron man suit. then i realized i will never be as bad ass as tony stark. maybe if i get a mechanical engineer to help me i might be able to make things happen.

I mostly just try to stay our of the political and religious forums. I end up a troll if I go there.
