Don't Know

You don't know, you can't know,
You're too afraid of letting go,
Of the knowledge inside of you,
You can't see, anything that's new.

You don't see, you can't see,
All the solutions and possibilities.
You're too caught up in written rules,
Boundaries imposed on men by fools.

You won't let go, can't let go,
Of everything you think you know,
Will always get what you're looking for,
Won't ever see there's something more.

You're a prisoner of your own mind,
The answers you seek, you'll never find,
Following rules imposed by other men,
You'll not see til you break free of them.
