Sounds like a good idea. Especially for members who have passed on - some of us have absolutely no idea what have has happened to friends on here that have simply disappeared. At least this way we could know their fate and mourn their loss.

But I don't understand the 'no posts' part. I mean, should someone post 'he was a jackass -- good riddance", we do have a great team of moderators with the ability to delete nastiness. All it takes is a click on 'alert'.

I love this idea. No clue how it could be applied to the site, but would love to see it happen.

I'm not exactly sure how this would work but lets try.

Over the years even since before I became a member I know of a few members who were great contributors that sadly are no longer with us physically

We have the wall that tells us who is online - maybe there could be one like that for past members whom we know have passed on.

The naughty ones can retain their anonymity.

I like to revisit old threads and posts by our departed members. JKrog....brilliant UFO resercher and a good guy. Ft Anthem and all his positive encouragement. Rising Against, the all time king of JFK conspiracy. We have, and continue to be blessed with wonderful minds (and then the rest of us, too) on ATS.

knowing that there are these sources of amazing content buried in the annals of ATS would be a nice contribution to new and old members both.

Great positive replies!

Thank you!

Does administration have any thoughts?
