I typically have a protein shake (with mixed in "Carbo gainer", which is really just non-GMO corn dextrose, complex carbohydrates), along with my
Vitamin D (5,000 IU) and Fish Oil supplements and a coffee.
It's not the healthiest... I'm the opposite of a morning person and getting ready for work is a bit of a hassle for me, so I try to get in some good
carbs/protein and get to work.
But I eat pretty healthy otherwise - weekends (and when I have the time) I have eggs, sometimes bacon and sausage, bagels w/ cream cheese, etc. Boy
do I love my weekend breakys
