I'm partial to freedom.

I truly feel sorry for you, there is so little freedom left in our country.

But we should feel secure the bogeyman terrorists will not get you thanks to government surveillance.

LOl's you might want to do your own research, or you contact me and for a large non-refundable fee I will gladly research it for you!

I'm not entirely sure why you laugh at people who point out that none of the "solutions" that have ever been offered or enacted have ever been anything but complete disasters.

Aren't you inviting criticism by promoting this stuff?

Shouldn't you at least give valid questioners the time of day?

That was one state.
Who screwed a whole nation?
Same promise. Same BS. Different politician.

I'm just a person uncomfortable with government mandated control over my life. So you're cool with it.

That's your business.

I'm partial to freedom.

So, I assume, you prefer Corporat Mandated control? Where you get nothing and pay endlessly for it?

If you feel that there is so little freedom, then why would you applaud a further reduction?

Oh so you like Obama care and see no need to improve it,

I hear a lot of people say it has been a real life saver!

Thanks for your very informative post!

That's my point exactly. Obama care is a disaster, and Sanders plan will be as well.

Fascinating. My health insurance premiums increased roughly 10% a year from 2001 to 2008.

In 2009 they doubled.

They continue to increase 10% a year afterwards.

My co-pays do not cover the majority of costs, I owe more from every doctor's visit than I did before 2009.

Basically, Obamacare has been the opposite of beneficial in my experience.

I would love to see it repealed. I would love to see regulations on health insurance go away, and allow doctors to freely deal directly with their patients without middle-men insurance companies.

That would be *TRUE* single-payer.

Really???

With all the I heard that before posts, I decided to have some fun with my answers; rather than allowing myself to be tied to defending "Sanders medicare for all," from every conservative that's head is exploding over Bernies proposal.

What I get should be MY business, NOT the business of government, corporations, or anyone else.

Little? At least I don't have to purchase a TV license to view HD content, unlike some socialist bastions.

Electrolytes!

Congrats.

Now what about those people who lost their plans and doctors?

Freedom is being able to be as adventurous and wreckless to your hearts desire and know that your 30% income tax will pay your hospital bills.

Being Canadian and never having to worry about the healthcare for me or my family has been the only reason I tollerate government. They got me by the heart strings.

Really, at least pretend to be objective, it would help lend credibility.

I'm not claiming to be entirely objective myself and I understand your frustration but, his question seemed on topic at least.

Healthcare where I don't have a choice over anything. Healthcare where I am forced to participate or I get punished. Healthcare where my care would be the same as the VA.

I'm just glad I'm old and won't live very long, because under government care. . . . . I wouldn't live very long.

I saw a Prius today that had a Obama and Bernie sticker. That was all I needed.

Why would prices decrease with an open taxpayer handout?

I think we should do taxpayer funded food for everyone.
-bama will cook it up nice and tasty.
Why not?
Not like he would sell someone elses hamburger to you, squirt meat juice on soy for you then split the profits with the supplier.

You have been here long enough to know that certain people have preconceived or partisan ideas that will not be changed through debate.

If these people wanted answers why not do the research and actually add something to the conversation. I mean anyone actually interested in finding an answer should be able to search for it and share it.

I just found the lame I heard that before about as informative as used tp.

I know what to do. Doctors, nurses, surgeons, techies, medical CEO's,all work for minimum wage. We only pay for new dx machines once. Have babies at home. Put us old geezers in a car and direct us south. Something about dementia makes runaway gramps head south. And the children, well, who cares about someone else kid.

Bernie Baby you are a real human but they will destroy you.

That is my question as well.

I shouldn't be forced to buy anything just because I exist!

Why would you want to opt out? I just spent 6 days in the hospital and the total bill was 52,000, not something I would want as a full bill.

Because all government programs work the same.

Intrude upon my life, and make me jump through their retarded hoops.

I'm not a fan of the above in any manner for any reason.

They can keep their BS and leave me alone thnx!

What's up with Americans and a hatred of anything even remotely socialist or fair? Lol.

People, it's time to take proper steps and start catching up with the rest of the world. Seriously. The USA isn't looked at as the beacon it once was. Other countries like Canada or Australia are doing much better with our 'socialist' policies!
