On top of that Sanders would have not only all of the Right Wing against him but all the Left Establishment Elite too. Because he's going to curb their power and control as well. The only one's who are going to be on his side are some of the people and some of the left wing idealists. I'd be shocked if he actually accomplished 25% of what he wants to.

He'll have those of Wealth and Power against him because he's going after their money. He already has the media against him and his own establishment base and those on the Right against him simply because of his socialist label and ideas. The only reason he's even gotten to the point he has is because a unbelievable amount of people are supporting him. He's got an incredible grass roots movement supporting him that comes from all demographics.

Yes.

Thank you for explaining it for everyone.

No matter what happens in November, he has definitely stirred up the hornet's nest -----
and we don't take kindly to being swatted away.....

have you ever seen a Giant Cicada Killer? As big as your thumb!!
We had those buggers living in the rock barbecue behind our house when I was a kid.

I differ to say-Politics... leads to Power, Corruption and Lies! Anyone saying different is a liar!

I was just grandstanding Morissey. All political structure eventually leads to corruption (because money and influence is a major player).

Honestly, whatever happens, whether or not Sanders makes it or not I think people at some point need to look at what has happened with this Sanders Run for President. They need to see that it is still possible for them to create change. It takes a massive collective to do it because we've lost so much power as individuals at this point but it is still possible.

Even those who are in office, mostly the new guys who still believe in our system and haven't been corrupted or bought yet. They need to recognize this opportunity and what it means while they still have a chance. They are the ones who are still idealists and have hope that from within the system a positive change is possible. It is also them who should be backing Sanders in my opinion because he might be the last time such a thing is possible.

They might be too new and young to take on the power establishment even if they want to. But Sanders is a tough old bird who's put his time in already and he's leading a charge to battle knowing that he won't be around long enough to see what might become of it. But he's put in his time already and doesn't fear taking on the power structure from within. After all, what are they going to do about it that time isn't going to do to him already??? He's not worried about his political future or even his own distant future anymore. He's already there. But he can lead one last charge with the hope of rallying people behind him and possibly push back against the power structure that has for the most part taken over complete control at this point.

Everyone who's played a part in his success so far should be proud even if in the end it fails. But only if they also see it for what it is and what it could be or could have been.

We won't be going socialist overnight, but we will lose more and more freedoms and liberties under the guise of whatever ideology gets chosen.

Republicans, democrats, socialists will slowly carve away any semblance of freedom and liberty.

It won't happen overnight but it will happen. It is happening now.

That's the ultimate tragedy.

And we ushered it in.

You are imagining a "1984" scenario? What are children being taught these days; we in my schooling read Orwell's 1984, we read Jonathan Swifts "Gulliver's Travels" we read Charles Dickens "Tale of Two Cities" just as one example; we read Cervantes we read Edgar Allen Poe we read Joseph Conrad. What is happening now to the youth of this country. We studied the 'classics' Plato, Socrates, Ptolemy,Copernicus, Pascal, Virgil, Aristotle, Kant....What is going on with modern education?

Election of the century. WHATEVER, Trump will win hands down. If he does not, then the elections are rigged.

Soon America will have a king and queen in office. Like in England. We will just be an extension of just like Canada. Then you can all go GLOAT over the lavish stuff they have and get into the mindset of a Materialistic World. youtu.be...

Modern education to a classical education is comparing fast food to fine dining.

Education is mass production. Henry Ford would be proud of the assembly line-style education todays children receive.

Again, I hope this election changes things.

We've all learned that one man with money can run against the establishment and start winning against it. We've seen that one man with just some grassroots support and no big money can run and win against the establishment.

I hope people are watching this and learning and getting ready to make some changes.

I ran for office a few years back and got elected. It was pretty easy and fun and I got to make changes. I had know Idea what I was doing, had no money and no experience, but I had a nice core of supporters and people that believed in me.

Anyone can do this, you just got to stick your neck out and give it a shot.

We won't have royalty, but we will have an Administrator who oversees everything we do.

WAIT!! The "Sta-Puff" Marshmallow Boy Mascot; nor rubber tire bloated/inflated "Michelin Man" have not yet entered the race; EITHER could win based upon your immediate needs regarding tire health or sweet tooth satisfaction.

What you're talking about is a much bigger problem and way beyond any election or president though. You're touching on humanities pattern of failure when it comes to fighting our worst enemy, ourselves. We just can't seem to figure out how to stop ourselves from screwing each other over to our eventual destruction. Regardless of the fact that we already know we're doing it over and over again with the same outcome. We just can't seem to stop doing it.

Maybe it's a problem of time. We just can't seem to fully grasp the situation until we are too old to do anything about it. Those that seem to see it first of all, then understand it well enough to be familiar with it's movements to act against it are by that time too old to act. At best they can only write it down or teach others who are younger so they might also understand it while still young enough to act. But it doesn't seem to work that way.

It seems that to fully understand our enemy within takes wisdom gained from time and experience only. No teaching or learning is enough. So until we can extend our youthful life long enough to understand it while still strong enough to fight it or reincarnate in new bodies but with our past knowledge we are doomed to repeat our mistakes indefinitely.

Honestly, I don't think a straight up Sanders vs Trump election would be close at all. Sanders would destroy him.

Please. A 4-year old could debate Bernie. All they have to do is ask "How?" and "Why?", and let Bernie self-destruct.

True, but we still must get rid of hornet nests in the end... for the greater good.

Right cause the one candidate that's been pushing most about talking about the issues over # talking each other to the point of refusing to play that game is going to get caught off guard by how and why, both issue discussion oriented questions... He's the only one for whom discussing the issues themselves is the main focus.

If one were to tax all 1%ers within this country 99 percent of their income it would amount to 1 trillion dollars. That would pay for Medicare and social security payments for ONE YEAR. It would not touch the deficit or other programs. It has always been, the middle class pays the bulk of the taxes and reaps the smallest reward.

Do you realize you're saying that about a man who's not only discussed the how's and why's of what he want's to do, but also has most all of it available for anyone to read for themselves and if that isn't enough has even started putting forward bills to be passed which would actually accomplish some them.

If there is anyone who's not afraid of to talk about the How or Why behind their plans it's Bernie Sanders. He talks about those so much it's actually scared the crap out of people on both sides of the isle.
