I'm sure it does. Because you're "enlightened".

Will Bernie get the nomination after all? Last night on the talk show Coast to Coast ABC investigative correspondent Greg Hunter indicated:

Hunter believes Hillary Clinton's candidacy is in grave trouble and that she'll eventually face charges related to the email server scandal. Not only did she have classified information, but top secret documents on her private server, he said. He suggested that Hillary's woes are related in part to a feud with President Obama, who doesn't like her. Rather than Bernie Sanders rising up, Hunter foresees Joe Biden being pulled in, and becoming the Democratic candidate. Donald Trump is looking increasingly viable and Republicans are thinking he could actually win in such states as New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania in the general election, he reported.

And I still say irrespective of your political ideaology it could be:

Sanders vs. Trump the Election of the Century

I think it will. Honestly. And yes, it is - the election of the millennium, not just the century.
This is SO LONG overdue.

It will be Sanders v Trump......

And who do you think will win? Trump will take the Republican states that always go that way - How many of the others
is what will count. In recent years this country has become more divided politically than ever - As on now I can't even
guess as to who the winner will be.

The nomination but there is no way he will take the general election. He is too fringe for the mainstream. Right now he is polling well because there are basically 2 choices. Hillary is tanking like 08 but he is no Obama. There are over 10 GOP candidates and after Iowa and NH it will be cut in half and you will see different numbers and polling will be different also.

You realize neither Party; Democratic or Republican want either one of these candidates to represent their party?? They are system busters and to their 'establishment mind' dangerous. If these two gain the nominations of their parties would be the election of the millennium.

Part of me really hopes he does win.

Because people will then see what socialism costs and how it will negatively affect everyone.

Everyone.

I'm too old to really give a sh!t.

I can't believe I'd ever say this...

If those are my only choices? I choose not to. Thank God, there'll be a third choice, or more, on my ballot.

A bigot or a pie in the sky dreamer... Woo-hoo, what a choice.

Narrowing of the field (natural attrition). the Republicans have a depth that eclipses the Dems soon to be reduced to O'Malley and Sanders.

You realize neither Party; Democratic or Republican want either one of these candidates to represent their party?? They are system busters and to their mind dangerous.

Of course I realize that!!!!

They are the epitome of anti-establishment.

I was a teen in the 70s. We started this (The Boomers).... it has taken this long - JFK was assassinated 50 years ago.
FDR pulled our country out of the Great Depression.

Trump is a "spoiled brat" by Boomer standards......

Sanders is more of an "I love that guy! He's so real! So down-to-earth!" type........
and make no mistake - our children - my children, now in their mid 20s, are paying attention, and see exactly what it is.

The fact that they are busting the system is what makes it so extraordinary!!! The "establishment" is being left in the dust, behind a silver-spoon multibillionaire funding his own campaign (with nothing to lose) - and a regular guy who's been working all along toward the things we dreamed about back during Vietnam.

Bernie's financial support comes from folks like me: $26 was all I could do.
Opposite of Trump, he is not "financing his own candidacy" , and unlike all of the others, he's not accepting SuperPAC funds - or Shkreli-type donations. No. When he got into this, his decision was based on whether or not we, the people, would go for his ideas.....If we didn't, he would have dropped out LONG AGO - but.....the PEOPLE are behind him, sending him THEIR money.

Everything costs. Capitalism has many losers who die dirt hungry poor. All we can do now is save lives and screw the money. Anyway, I think that is where we are at like it or not.

Will it really though??? I mean think about it. Even if Sanders is President that doesn't mean that he has the power to completely change every aspect of our Government or Society. Doesn't matter how much of a Socialist he is, the president can only change things so much. There are a million ways to block him and/or slow anything he tries to do still.

That is what you'll see if anything. Sanders trying to change things and him being blocked at every turn by the Power Elite and those on the Right who can't stand even the slightest push toward any leftist ideas.

It won't be an example of why Socialism Fails because it will never reach a state of Socialism in the first place.

Trump's father was a Slumlord; and young Donald went along to pick up the monies past due (they brought muscle along as well). Sanders may have been one of the families muscled; both seem genuine.

Buzzy: The fact that they are busting the system is what makes it so extraordinary!!! The "establishment" is being left in the dust, behind a silver-spoon multibillionaire funding his own campaign (with nothing to lose) - and a regular guy who's been working all along toward the things we dreamed about back during Vietnam.

I grew up on Air Force bases. Those SAC involving ICBM's (Titan II's). No one spoke of politics because as a 'front line of defense' knew the consequence of a weak President (to act, to threaten to negotiate through strength) otherwise we are dead.

Buzzy:Bernie's financial support comes from folks like me: $26 was all I could do.

Grass roots; sounds like the tea party.

Mr Givit Atry might be hamstrung by his "give everything away for free" policy (without a plan to pay for it). Idealistic to be sure; but why not think of those solutions he suggests to rid this nation of poverty? It is all very interesting; and for once an election cycle IS REALLY FUN/INSPIRATIONAL; not the SAMO SAMO snooze fest.

0h, I know we won't turn into the "Red Menace" overnight. Congress will pretend to fight and so will Sanders.

But if a majority of people vote for socialism, then that's what we'll get.

Apparently not. Socialism always throughout history lead to 'Power, Corruption and Lies" to quote the title of a CD by the band 'New Order'.

But most things don't even come down to the people voting anyway. They vote for people who then make all those choices for them. We don't actually have much control at all over anything. Not even who's elected let alone what they do once they are elected.

On top of that Sanders would have not only all of the Right Wing against him but all the Left Establishment Elite too. Because he's going to curb their power and control as well. The only one's who are going to be on his side are some of the people and some of the left wing idealists. I'd be shocked if he actually accomplished 25% of what he wants to.

He'll have those of Wealth and Power against him because he's going after their money. He already has the media against him and his own establishment base and those on the Right against him simply because of his socialist label and ideas. The only reason he's even gotten to the point he has is because a unbelievable amount of people are supporting him. He's got an incredible grass roots movement supporting him that comes from all demographics.
