but that freedom, as stated in a previous post, based on the government not making censorship laws. People's personal right not to be filmed or interviewed is not suspect to this freedom, you may request not to be filmed and if you are filmed without your knowledge, you can sue that company for using your image without your knowledge or consent.

First , there is no "Freedom of the Press" guaranteed by the Constitution in specific. There is a Freedom of Speech amendment. Evidently , that does not apply to press conferences nor political get togethers. I agree , in part , there should be more . However most cases are a matter of disruption . There is a difference in upholding the freedom of speech and these people's lack of moral character. The ONLY reason these people go are to disrupt these meetings.
