TO ALL I will say this I DO agree people shouldn't live under such a predatory economy and buisness structure.
I don't have the intelligence in those areas, but if those are MORE constructed to give advantage to the collective, yet retain a form of meritocracy that actually takes into account effective employees and capitalist reward values, that might work..
We need to begin to focus on infrastructure and industry that is capable of producing durable goods with extended legacy through modularity rather than the need to produce so many models of the same thing.

AND since so many of our populace is behind bars ,when they get out, THEY have to work too or THERE IS no rehabilitation.

It's known as uncorrupted, non-crony capitalism.

No laws, taxes, grants, no-bid contracts, etc. just to favor friends and payola. It distorts things to the point where there is indeed an imbalance. But it's not an inherent failure of capitalism, actually just the opposite, a carefully engineered bastardization of it.

This is how you end up with real competition, and fair sharing of opportunity, and a perennial re-shuffle of the playing field. Also stop bending the monopoly laws to allow monopolies for friends and donors.

Even with the current distortions, socialism and / or communism can't compete for opportunity. There is none, except for maybe the 10 families who get the guns first.

How would such a system accomodate the whole?
It would need to be one size fits all.

Scandanavian / Nordic countries came close, as small homogenous societies, but then they just had to fold in the attendant leftist belief in PC one-world multi-culti. Now they're screwed.

What is a PC one-world multi-culti?

It worked OK for the first 100 years of America. Before the first truly huge industrialists began to buy govt and legislative favor. Are you saying the constitution can't work as one-size-fits-all ?

Oh nothing. It doesn't exist. Don't worry.

I like it when people ask questions they absolutely know the answer to.

No, I AM saying a system has subverted that and we must do better.

I agree with that. But the answer is in observing and using the constitution, and the resulting laws as written.

Not continually ignoring the constitution and laws on a daily basis, as we've seen in spades for the last 7 years.

If monopoly laws were observed, I don't think we'd have only 2 TV-Radio companies in America. Or continually see companies like Tesla illegally screwed. Or things like Kelo, or illegal immigration, and so on.

A guy like Ted Cruz is 100% about this solution. So why are we even discussing the people who made all the corruption happen, like more Clintons, Bushes, Obamas, etc. ?

I am terrified of socialist capitalist thugs who cares for nothing but themselves. They will kill you if they are denied automatic wealth.

I think that I can sum it up for you rather quickly.

What is my motivation to go to college for 4-8 years to get a good career that pays well with benefits and then get taxed at 75% so the guy down the street can live off the government?

Why should I work hard to buy a house when if you don't work you get to be my neighbor for free or for a substantial subsidy?

How do I teach my kids about work ethic when my neighbors don't have to work?

I don't really want the government to take my money and give it to someone else who chooses not to work hard.

That's my opinion.

PS, socialist Venezuela's inflation is now running about 700% ... but I wonder why people aren't thrilled with the idea of wholesale socialism. After all I can afford it when my $1 loaf of bread today is suddenly $7 tomorrow, $49 the day after that, and everything else in the economy is suffering similar rates of price increase, day after day.

Sure we can all handle that!

It's ironic that the former Director of England's National Health Service (NHS) died, after being forced to wait 9 MONTHS for her Stomach operation.

Well, if the many other countries that have nationalized health insurance ALSO had the problems the UK and Canada have with theirs, it would be rational to assume so. But since they don't, it is more likely to be in the specific ways they run and organize their programs instead.

Maybe you should read this article about an American who used the NHS in Britain

Can you define what a socialist society actually is? There is a lot of confusion in the US about what socialism actually means. Many people believe that socialism and communism are interchangeable.

-dex
funny, I know several former citizens of the USSR and they see it as interchangeable. They also don't like the direction we are headed.

The American public school system is a good example of a nearly 100% socialized system.

So is the US military.

~Tenth
yes have you ever been in the military? Needless to say you're not a free individual. You're property of the government.
