Right because all those damn socialist/communist interstate highways are repressing us all.

Liberal dictionaries tend to try to "re-write history", conservative dictionaries on the other hand show how such definitions have always been known.

The fact that you don't even know this tells a lot about your knowledge of this type of topic.

I don't know what dictionaries you reference, but I am pretty sure they only exist in your head.

Does anyone contend that Sanders is the most trustworthy candidate?

a reply to: Grimpachi

Seriously, Grim, stop talking to him. You're wasting your time. This is a person that has decided [Consertive = Good, Angelic, Just] and [Everything Else = Bad, Demonic, Unjust] I mean, look at this:

That doesn't even make sense. Dictionaries are dictionaries. He's probably talking about History textbooks.

I know its a waste of time. lol Your right it doesn't make a bit of sense, but he meant exactly what he wrote. Same ole same ole. You will see.

I refer back to my first post in the thread. It does seem like there are those that have an allergic reaction to dictionaries. It is almost impossible to have any meaningful discussion on a subject when people use made up definitions for words it is even worse if you enter a thread where science is involved.

First of all, Sanders trustworthy?... Did you get that from all his flip-flopping over his 30 years political position on policies?...

Election 2016: Bernie Sanders’ Conflicting Policies; Guns, Energy, Defense, Immigration Views Draw Scrutiny

Second of all, I never stated that "Conservative = Angelic, Just and everything else bad, demonic, unjust".

Instead of trying to make red herrings learn to make an intelligent and concise counter-argument. But to do that you have to learn first to understand a person's position if you are discussing the argument that person is making.

it seems to me that since 2012 when Ron Paul was shafted, that a whole lot of us who used to be friends, and in agreement on most things, have become enemies.

It's an atrocity that so many people have bought this whole socialistic garbage. People who once had an ounce of common sense are now hardcore liberal socialists. This is how I felt about republicans in 2012, now its reversed.

'Divide and conquer' is truly working, and this time its largely being sold by socialists.

We are truly doomed. ATS was once largely in agreement against these things, but now it seems the majority here want see a socialist nation. How sad things have becom here, and everywhere.

People have given up and have given in.

Socialism is easy.

Independence, responsibility, ethics, values, standards. . . . that takes effort.

Wow...what the hell makes interstate highways "socialist or communist"?... That's like saying ice cream parlors are socialists or communists because they sell ice cream to everyone...

Humm...wooow...
I don't know...let's see...

a Liberal dictionary trying to re-write history.

Left Wing
A nonexistent political spectrum on the North American continent due to monstrous shifting to the right.
...

www.urbandictionary.com...

A conservative dictionary...

left wing
noun

Simple Definition of left wing

: the part of a political group that consists of people who support liberal or socialist ideas and policies : the part of a political group that belongs to or supports the Left.

But guess I must be making it in my head...

Those things do, indeed, take effort. They also have nothing to do with Socialism.

Your the one who equates socialism and communism. BTW as I said those that should read it wont. Check the last link in the OP socialist programs. Highways is listed as number 2.

I don't know why you posted the definition of left wing the subject is socialism and those such as yourself that don't know the definition.

Wait, I know why you didn't post the definition of socialism.

Because you know your wrong and are trying to throw out a red herring. That is so typical of you.

The day Socialism is employed in America is the day the second American Revolution happens.

People are tired of paying for other people to sit on their ass and collect checks while they work their ass off.

That's what Bernie is campaigning for... really. It also happens to be the majority of the audience he's pandering to.

Trump will be the next POTUS. Better get used to it, or run to Europe Libbies.

Yes, you're probably right. That wouldn't surprise me, given the Cold-War Era rhetoric a significant portion of the population was weaned on.

It is SO delectably ironic how simultaneously correct and massively wrong you are. This is a brilliant, brilliant line.

P.S.
Bernie isn't a Socialist.

Again, what is it you are so afraid will happen? Is this not a healty debate? It's not about beeing friends or enemies, it's discussion and i am happy to try to tell you how it really works living in a country heavily based on socialist dogmas.

Socialism is the ultimate safety net. There is no risk. Government is always there to take care of you. But when you allow that, you give up responsibility, independence. Your ethics, values and standards are dictated by the state because the state has the ultimate responsibility.

I have in no way given up my responsibilities. Im independent in owning my own firm and have a masters degree. My ethics, values and standards are in no way dictaded by anyone but myself. The "ultimate responsibility" for me and my life stands and falls only on my choises and actions. So what you are saying is false. The government WILL take care of me by providing free healthcare and free higher education so that i am fitted to make good choises in life and take care of my self.

Because I don't want someone to dictate to me how I live my life. If you give responsibility over to someone else for your health and education, then that entity will get to dictate;
What you learn
How you learn
How much you learn
What you eat
What you drink
What you smoke
How much you eat
When you eat
etc.

You my friend has a twisted insight to all of this.

"They" dont dictate anything! what you learn is your choice, the curriculum is based on science and facts not what "they" think its supposed to be. This is not North Korea. How you learn i suppose is up to you. You study. How much you learn is up to you, again you study.

I belive i can choose what i eat. If i want reindeer i eat a goddamn reindeer. if i want foie gras, i eat foie gras. Same goes if i`d like a organic sausage. My choice. Same goes with drinks. Probably a hell of a lot more expensive that over there, but still that added tax on alcohol gets me a free liver transplant when i # up the old one. (sarcasm kinda intended)

And i'm sorry for the rant.

Your friendly Norwegian.
