As per World magazine...

So, can this source be considered to be non-biased?
"WORLD offers hard-hitting, truth-telling, uniquely Christian worldview reporting that stands in stark contrast to the mainstream media in these confusing, chaotic days."
When we see parsing like "...the Golan Heights, once under control of Syria..." and the truth is that it is sovereign territory of Syria, annexed by Israel in 1967, well, I think they are busy reporting half-truths.

Israel annexed the Golan Heights after emerging victorious after Syria and other Arab nations launched a broad and unjust attack with the intent of destroying the Jewish State.

Israel didn't ask to be attacked by these countries and now must retain control of the Golan in order to protect itself from future aggression and to serve as a necessary buffer zone.

Even President Obama supports Israel's Red Line regarding the Golan Heights but Israel knows it can only count on it's own resources for protection given the President's abysmal attitude toward the sovereign country to date.

Kinda misses both points...the source cannot be said to present an unbiased view of anything, and my mention of the Golan Heights reference is a pretty good example of the weasel words being used to convey their message.
What is that message?

Its mission statement is "To report, interpret, and illustrate the news in a timely, accurate, enjoyable, and arresting fashion from a perspective committed to the Bible as the inerrant Word of God." wiki

Does that lead us into the evangelical love-in with Israel based upon a yearning for the Apocalypse?
Nothing about Middle Eastern geopolitics can be taken at face value, and a religious lens is about the last one you want to use to set Western policy.

My reply has absolutely nothing whatever to do with any religious viewpoint either Christian or Jewish. It is based solely on the need for a buffer zone to help Israel prevent and/or defend itself from future attacks, particularly now that Russia is involved again in Syria to prop up and support the dictator, Assad, an avowed enemy of both Israel as well as the United States.

As per CNN, N. Korea just launched a ballistic missile from a submarine off the coast of the Korean peninsula.

Wonder what our lame duck President will do this time. Hope not more "kick the can." He should know that game doesn't work by now.

Per The new York Post, Vladimir Putin is playing Obama like a violin in the Balkins, in Eastern Europe generally, and in Syria.

Even if the U.S. still has an advantage militarily overall, Putin has no fear this weakling will ever stand up and challenge the international bully, which Putin interprets as a blank check to do just about anything he wants in these highly sensitive, volatile, and strategic regions of the world.

Per the A.P.,
N. Korea now says it will suspend it's nuclear tests if The U.S. suspends it's annual military exercises with South Korea.

This has been proposed a number of times in the past and the U.S. has never agreed to same and rightly so because the exercises are vital to the proper and necessary training and preparation of it's ally to withstand an invasion by N. Korea.

Hence this is just another excuse in the making on the part of Kim Jung Un to continue the North's nuclear tests unchecked!

Per ABC News, the recent firing of a ballistic missile by N. Korea from a submarine was apparently a success.

This is a serious and worrisome development because the ability of this rogue nation to fire a ballistic missile from a submerged vessel makes it difficult for other countries to detect prior to the launch.

It seems like Obama indeed has looked the other way just long enough this time to finally allow N. Korea to be able to develop a real nuclear capability, just as it had always been predicted he would do.

Weakness only encourages aggression. This is a lesson Obama has never learned.

As per the Fiscal Times, Obama had to face a dismal week in the M.E. The partial ceasefire in Syria began to unravel while the peace talks in Geneva to find a diplomatic solution turned sour.

Saudi Arabia rebuffed and scolded him over his support for the Iran Nuclear agreement and subsequent failure to hold Iran to it's already weak terms. Isis continues to march on largely unchecked.

This cowardly President has left a broken and ugly legacy for his successor in one of the most crucial tension filled regions in the world. Not a pretty picture!

Obama is in London right now celebrating a Royal Holiday but , as usual, conducting only a bit of business while there.

With tensions and hostilities mounting in the M.E. and Putin becoming an increasingly dangerous threat to world peace, one would expect our chief executive to be at his desk in the oval office working feverishly to do his job. But not this President. Will wonders never cease!

As per AP, a car bomb killed a dozen people in Iraq's capital and wounded 38 others. The attack bore all the finger prints of Isis which controls large swaths of territory in Iraq.

Enjoy your Royal Holiday in London, Mr. President. Hope you're having a good time!

Meanwhile, the beat goes on and on and on.....

As per National Interest Magazine, Russia's nukes are better than America's nukes.

They are not only better, but they leave our nukes lying in the dust by comparison!

No small wonder that Putin is doing pretty much as he pleases all over Eastern Europe, especially since he knows it was our incompetent and cowardly President who allowed the countries national defense to deteriorate so significantly.

And N. Korea will be testing yet another ballistic missile in the next few days as well while Obama continues to enjoy his Royal Holiday with the Queen and the Royal Family in England.

As per National Interest Magazine, The United States now has another thing to be concerned about regarding Russia's growing technological superiority over our country in advanced weapons.

Putin is now well on the way to a capability in which he will be able to completely GROUND our entire air force with special electronic devices that will leave us virtually powerless in the event of an attack.

Obama's weakness is beginning to come home to roost but the victims of that weakness are the American people rather than the cowardly President himself! He should have been impeached a long time ago but even if he had been, we would be stuck with the equally weak kneed Joe "foot in the mouth" Biden, the current Veep.

As per The Huffington Post and The Hill, Obama now says the U.S. could destroy N. Korea but won't do so.

Instead, the president says an effective preventive shield is in the works that would prevent any of their nuclear missiles from reaching our continent.

What does "in the works" exactly mean, Mr. President? More "kick the can" so the next President can deal with the threat from N. Korea which is increasing almost daily now?

Better make an appointment with your foot doctor. Your toes must be in bad shape by now from kicking that can as far as you can!

No wonder you picked Biden as your Veep. He wouldn't handle things any differently you are doing.

So sad and so true!

As per The World magazine, Vladimir Putin is not persuaded by the NATO alliance and European unity .

Hardly surprising because the weak Obama has undermined that unity as much as Putin has by sending the message to our allies that we have become either unwilling or unable to help them when they may need us! They know, as Israel has now also come to realize, that they will have to fetch for themselves regarding Putin's threats.

As per Reuters and World News, Obama now says the United States is considering other options against North Korea's increasing threats and nuclear testing. Other than a vague reference to more sanctions, nothing specific as to what those options are or may be was indicated.

So far sanctions previously imposed have failed miserably to deter N. Korea and it's deranged leader, and the failure by the President to specify anything else is, in my opinion, one more "kick of the can" by this cowardly and impotent chief executive!

As per Bloomberg news, feeling abandoned and under an assault of criticism from the U.S. and Western Europe over the Palestinian issues, Israel has been forced to turn East for new allies and potential trade partners with an eye towards China and Japan in this regard.

This is an absolute shame as Israel is America's most important ally and the only stabilizing influence in the M.E., not to mention all the ways this tiny democratic nation has contributed to America's interests and to the world in areas such as medical advances , prescription medication manufacture, and shared intelligence just to name a few.

Obama's inexplicable attitude toward the Jewish state together with negative comments from the like of Joe Biden and Bernie Sanders have only added to the false perceptions about Israel.

Donald Trump's highly touted foreign policy speech turned out to be nothing more than his general promise to do things more coherently and differently than Obama has done, and to provide more unpredictability as to how or when he would hit Isis. All he could say is that "soon they would be gone" but never got around to telling us how he would implement that change in foreign policy or how he would eradicate the terrorists.

So typically Trump. The fact of the matter is that he hasn't the foggiest notion what he is going to do or how he would get it done.

This fellow is totally unqualified for the presidency and if elected he would be nothing less than an unmitigated disaster for the country and for the world.

The Pentagon will need millions of dollars to develop new missile and anti missile technology on land and and at sea in order to counter the ever growing nuclear threats from Russia, China, and North Korea.

Let's hope Congress authorizes the necessary funds ASAP and that Obama doesn't interfere or try to block this vital and necessary initiative.

Per Reuters News, North Korea says it needs a powerful nuclear deterrence to off set U.S. threats against them.

This is just one more semi insane remark from their young half deranged leader given the fact that it is N. Korea that is making all the threats to hit the U.S. and S. Korea with nuclear ballistic missiles launched from submarines.

It is about time China took some effective steps to reign in this petulant delinquent and that Obama took some concrete steps to show we mean business other than just his usual empty rhetoric.
