But then there's the 90 day probation period. Getting people to work the day after payday anymore is pretty tough

STEM. Outsiders use this word. It means "ohmygod a field that's hard to get into and a place I can go to get a yob!" to people who should stick to just a roadshow.

The pay is eh decent, yeah decent, the hours are long, nothing happens and you go home and nothing happens.

Heheh.

200million? Unless those are worldwide numbers that is badly off. There are only about 323 million total people in the US to give some perspective. You are basically saying that 2/3 of our population is, or could be, working STEM and all those are just coming open.

The best part is most of them are entry level right now so you don't even need a degree!

Entry level positions start at 17$ an hour.

No more slave labor!

No that's the best part!

We're going to take 50 million Syrian refugees to fill all the jobs! We're moving them into West Texas!

Lol... That means every working American will have to quit their job to fill positions.

Exactly. Look at the bright side! No more supply chain, no more grocery stores none of it! We don't need it anymore!

We all work in technology now!

Wow. That number's not right! LOL 200 million?

We would effectively be at 0 % unemployment.
