I just wanted to share...

so far...2016 is pretty darn good!

I hope to break this "melancholy" spell I've been under...

We are some pretty serious Tennessee Volunteer fans around these parts and they won the Outback Bowl...

45-6!

Tomorrow at Outback Steakhouse they are giving away blooming onion!
No one loses!

So, go enjoy some free food...

Maybe Orange IS the New Black!

For those of you who don't like sports (can't imagine!) especially football...go enjoy some free food!

The old man says I should clarify...YES you will need to make a purchase...

here's a link...

Tennessee 24/7
edit on 1-1-2016 by TNMockingbird because: more specific

I would recommend the baked potato soup or a salad for about $3 bucks...
Drinks (non alcoholic) are around $2

Yea I work only a mile from the Stadium. Traffic was a mother getting home though. Oh well, at least we get a free onion. Thanks for the heads up.

Well, I am sure that it is mutually beneficial to get people in to make "other" purchases...
They have done this 4 years in a row...

They sponsor the bowl and had Northwestern won...it would have been coconut shrimp....

Most people, I would imagine, will go for the free appetizer and decide to buy dinner...

although as someone who has partaken of the bloomin' onion before, depending on the number of people sharing, you won't want dinner...
