The critters back home are kittens play compared to the crazy that is murica.

Wow. We must be the toughest people on the planet then.

Except for Canadians who enjoy cozy-free outdoor beers.

Please spread the word! Evidently people haven't heard this about the mean ole bad US of A because they keep trying to get in by hook or crook and STAY! My gosh! We have every nationality but one represented somewhere on our shores. They come like flies and won't leave! Why? Why? Why?

Well flys do like a good turd.

It's not that cold. Only from Nov to May in most areas. Then it's heat, mosquito and BBQ season.

Open carry. Leaves more room for 'girlfriends' back there.

You people have lost your way...

You people, really, you people?! Lol!! Judge the many by the few why don't you.

So just keep insulting cops, hurling those insults, not very civilized if you ask me.

You have never ever been to the US, don't want to visit, yet you've diagnosed us as to having lost our way?! Cool man, whatever.

You clearly have no idea what you're talking about.

Cold is subjective. Think the opposite to heat. In heat you want air flow. In cold you don't. That's "wind chill". And again. What's "cold". I lived in northern Ont. -40 was damn cold. Coldest I've ever felt.

Bah, you sissy.

Try -46 with a windchill of -53... that'll shrink your grapes down to raisins.

If there's one thing we Canucks bicker with each other aboot... it's who's lived through the worst blizzards and coldest temps.

It's an annual competition around here.

I haven't put on a jacket in almost 10 years. I make sure I never go to my NYC place unless the weather is perfect.

This thread is hilarious to me. Especially because I currently live in Florida and during the winter I see more Canadians down here then Americans! They must be daredevils by putting their lives on the line visiting the "Danger Zone" of the entire world.

I also quite enjoyed the the original posters story about his friend who attempted to murder a police officer with a knife and merely got shot in the shoulder as a result. Such refinement and class literally brings a tear to my eyes. I'm quite certain that the parties involved will be pen pals for life as a result of their wonderful bonding experience.

I pray daily for my savage and disgusting country to be as civilized as my classy neighbor to the North.

What about when your government sent the military in to fight a bunch of Natives because a corporation wanted to turn their burial grounds into a golf course?

If this is a repeat sorry

Blame Canada

Time's have changed
Our kids are getting worse
They won't obey their parents
They just want to fart and curse
Should we blame the government?
Or blame society?
Or should we blame the images on TV?
No, blame Canada, blame Canada
With all their beady little eyes
And flappin' heads so full of lies
Blame Canada, blame Canada
We need to form a full assault
It's Canada's fault
Don't blame me for my son Stan
He saw the darn cartoon
And now he's off to join the Klan
And my boy Eric once Had my picture on his shelf
But now when I see him he tells me to f*** myself
Well, blame Canada, blame Canada
It seems that everything's gone wrong
Since Canada came along
Blame Canada, blame Canada
They're not even a real country anyway
My son could've been a doctor or a lawyer rich and true
Instead he burned up like a piggy on a barbecue
Should we blame the matches?
Should we blame the fire?
Or the doctors who allowed him to expire?
Heck no Blame Canada, blame Canada
With all their hockey hullabaloo
And that b**** Anne Murray too
Blame Canada, shame on Canada
The smut we must cut, the trash we must smash
Laughter and fun must all be undone
We must blame them and cause a fuss
Before someone thinks of blaming us

Luv you all American citizens mmm bacon and beer and GO! Vancouver
my dream holiday destination

I'm Canadian, been to the US more times than I can count. Mostly had good moments. Riding through Compton by accident and getting out to shop at a liquor store... not so nice, but we were only harassed. Cops in New York have always been incredibly civil. LA cops, not so much, but again, no real problems after countless trips.

You're missing out on a pretty extraordinary country, both good and bad. If you want to stay locked up in your comfort zone, that's your choice, but try not to believe everything you read, there's three sides to every story.

www.greenmedinfo.com...

The title of this link is "Police Violence Kills More US Citizens Than Flu And Pneumonia Combined, Report Reveals.
It showed up on my facebook feed.

I'm not saying this is true (or not)...just pointing out that we are inundated with stories like this in the media.

Okay, y'all can go back to making winter/moose/beer/bacon/maplesyrup jokes about us again.

No worries, that is just the government taking care of the anti-vaccers.
