Hello. I'm not sure ATS is the right place to ask. All I know is that heavy copper wiring is used to degauss ships and I don't know how you could achieve that on a small scale. You could possibly make a sort of Farraday cage out of copper wire, but would that actually do anything to reduce your problem with magnetic patches?

Try one of these.
GC Waldom Degaussing Coil

These type of coils were used "back in the day" to demagnetize the CRT's in a TV that had the "rainbow effect" on the corners of the screen.

You can redirect them, not stop them

I had success with deflection alloys I've bought online

All this costs money bud

I hope you have money, even the little metallic tapes are expensive

And what is the rate of change of these magnetic fields on your wall? I hope it is not 60Hz. If it is, you got a wonderfull wiring detector...

You know the Earth magnetic field is around 25 to 65 uT.

Query...

Why does it concern you that your walls have some magnetised areas? As problems go, that is usually pretty low on a persons list of "things to fix, pronto".

Surely this is to do solely with wiring, wall sockets, HI-Fi speakers if any...and maybe HAARP overhead.
Cavity walls with redundant, (unneeded lengths of wiring) especially the heavy duty stuff all over the place. Party walls may be more crowded.....

EMF RF Shielding & Conductive Paints

Obviously, WiFi and cellphone will be affected.

Just line the walls with lead. You'll be fine.
