How about this ?

I had to add some more goodies to the top and bottom to get the full height needed once I shrunk the pic down to the proper width... it has a long transparent bottom so it won't repeat.

We can't have animated background avatars as per the rules, so I just shrunk the .gif down to the mini profile avatar size:





And here's a background I made from your pic... I was thinking maybe you could have this as your background behind the animated punching gif. But I'm not sure if the .gif will end up covering over Hillary's face or not ?

Guess you'll have to try everything on for size and see if it all works well together...

The background has a long transparent extension so it doesn't repeat:





That's about as good as my skills will allow... hopefully these fill your wishlist.
