I have never made one of these types of posts before , but I'm feeling in a refreshing mood.

Anyone who is feeling gloomy, suffering from s.a.d or generally feeling down and low.. Remember you are never alone. There is always someone willing to listen and a share story.

Sometimes you can feel alone even if you have people around you. That's when you see things in a different way. We found how to cure it joining ATS.
