No it actually is. There isn't a black sentencing book and a white sentencing book. To you maybe there is, but it's not real. What is real is the fact that black people commit crime at a higher rate than white people, at least statistically in the US. Charges imposed are usually not a singular charge, they are MULTIPLE charges. That goes for white and black, grey, yellow, blue and all others.

Did you read it? Blacks are sentenced for drug crimes at almost the same length of time as whites get for violent crime. Drug crimes carry lesser sentences than violent crime.

I didn't find case specific examples. I want that, not speculation and conjecture from the NAACP.

They don't mention the other charges along with the drug offenses, they cherry pick the one of multiple convictions and blame the entire sentence on it.
