Let's be honest with ourselves here, Bernie Sanders will not get the nomination.

If history has taught us anything is that moderates get the nomination, a socialists would get destroyed in a general election against whoever the Republicans nominate.

Hence why I have made up my mind that I will vote for Hillary in the general. It seems to me that a false narrative about her has been set, and I won't try to convince anyone to vote for her, she is winning the nomination anyway. However hearing fellow Bernie Sanders supporters saying that they will throw an emotional tantrum and not vote or vote for Trump, if sanders isn't nominated is just stupid.

And no I don't think both parties are the same l, and if it makes you feel smart saying that they are then you really haven't been paying attention.

For Muslims, immigrants, LGBT and minorities both parties are NOT the same.

Well, not with that attitude he won't.

As likely a reality it is though, you never roll over and die until you don't have any blood left.

I like the guy. He says the right things but like Trump, he hasn't laid out a plan on how he will get his legislation passed.

He would still have to deal with congress and a constant propaganda campaign against him from the right.

In 2012 Romney still managed to get around 60 million votes. You don't think that conservatives would get out to vote if a full blown socialist was running against them?

Yawn, so many opinions, blah, blah ,blah!

If you're a republican, I think you will be quite happy with Hilary for your next president.

Because the reps lost this election long ago!

Why are you declaring for Hillary now? Shouldn't you wait until she actually GETS the nomination? Just sayin'

I see your point. I always vote for people that have a trail of dead bodies behind them. Over 80 and counting I think now. I hear most of them are former body guards of hers. Guess they knew too much. She is in bed with the Saudis and I have to even doubt if she is human, much less if she is female. But you go on and vote for the criminal. Then in 2 years you can be on here whining and crying over everything she is doing wrong.

So he would have to deal with the same thing every president does?

I don't care. Hillary could be the better candidate I'd still not support her on the very principal of dynasties - same reason I'd never support Jeb if I leaned more republican.

I'm not going to play political chess, # games, fix whats broken. Period.

So, basically, you want a CIC who knowingly lies, thus carrying on Obama's lies. You get what you deserve.

I'm a realist

Sanders won't get nominated, and if he did get the nomination then we would get a republican president in 2016.

It seems, I am not the only liberal that would not or will not give my precious little vote to a corporately owned political whore like Hilary.

Maybe NOT vote, but vote for Trump? There is just no way that a Sanders supporter would EVER vote for Trump. That would be like saying "if I can't vote for Sanders, I'll vote for a potato chip.

He would still have to deal with congress and a constant propaganda campaign against him from the right.

Not if they got voted out, but that would entail Libs/ progressives getting off their asses and vote in midterms and local elections such school boards city management etc,how successful he would be largely depend on his supporters after the election, and as far as propaganda they can also match message of their own.

Even though I don't agree with Donald Trump, he has actually laid out detailed policies about things such as his plan to thwart illigal immigration. The media reported on his vague statements, but didn't report that he had an intricate plan outlined a bit later on.

I think you are right. Basically because Hillery IS a Republican by most liberal standards.

I think it would be an amazing election if the most extreme candidate from each party were pitted against one another. That would be worth paying to watch...

It would be amazing indeed.

But extremes don't win presidential elections. One side has to compromise with the other. That's how it works.

Well good luck getting things fixed with a socialist president, a political ideology that conservatives have been demonizing for the past 10 years.

I said for years Bill Clinton was just a republican dressed in a democrats clothing.

Now I know he was really a corporately owned political whore as are most of today's politicians.

Just say no, to hilary!
