Hello and salutations! I'm Barzad!

Hello! My name is Barzad. I've been lurking since 2008. I finally decided to join so I can share opinions and facts, and others can share their opinions with me and educate my with their facts.

A little about me:

* I am a 24 year old, long haired male from the South in the United States.

* I enjoy most types of music, but my preferences are Classical, such as Karl Orf's rendition of "O Fortuna", and Metal, such as Slayer, Through the Eyes of the Dead, Van Canto, etc.

* I am neither Democrat or Republican, or anything else. I believe labels help divide us.

* I am covered in tattoos, and I have a septum ring and a lip ring.

* I hope to make a lot of friends here, from lurking so long I have seen that most of you are quite educated and intelligent

* I think America needs to adopt a temporary isolationist policy to work on our own issues in the US.

I like the Carmina Burana, Fortuna Imperatrix Mundi is awesome! I'd realized I'd heard that thing all over the place, somehow without noticing it. After digging through the Internet to figure out what it was it's become one of my favorite songs! I've even memorized the lyrics and sing it to myself on occasion. Welcome to ATS!
