2, 1/4 point to sminkey (you got half the name but had two guesses, lol) its a Eurocopter EC130.

I had a couple of rides in a Wessex and a Puma - a lot of fun I agree - but they just don't get me fired like a plane does.

Actually, I slipped up a little with this one, if you look at the photo again the name is written on the cabin door! I usually remove these with paint shop pro, like I did with the Yak 130 and EAP pictures, before posting them.

I haven't got photoshop but it is certainly a Beaufighter suffering some sort of indignity, I never even spotted that before!

You people are getting good! The last one was wrong BTW ajsr, but I know you are on the right lines , Its the Lavochkin La-15, Lavochkin wouldn't be making a 'Su' as that denotes 'Sukhoi'.

There'll be more tomorrow but in the meantime does anyone agree with me that the nose of the Do 31 has more than a hint of the 'Flash Gordon' rocket ship about it?

I haven't found out what it was for but this picture shows the nose probe missinhg so it must have been some sort of test equipment
